Je verzorgt de technische voorbereidingen, denkt mee, schakelt snel en draagt bij aan een mooie en waardige ceremonie. Op een dag vinden maximaal drie plechtigheden plaats, wat zorgt voor afwisseling en dynamiek in je werk.<\/p>\n<p>Naast promoties ondersteun je ook andere evenementen in het onderwijscentrum. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) are the gold standard for determining the (cost)effectiveness and safety of treatments. However, RCTs are not always available to answer the questions of interest and can lack generalisability to real-world care practices and patient populations. This limits their relevance to decisions about optimal care and reimbursement. The growing availability of real-world data (RWD) sources and advancements in methods offer a opportunity to transform clinical research and to provide timely evidence for decision making. However, important challenges remain and it is currently unknown to what extent existing RWD can provide reliable evidence for treatment choices and medication reimbursement in breast cancer care.<\/p>\n<p>In this PhD project, we offer a unique opportunity with access to three different databases to investigate the value of RWD in generating evidence from RWD for decision making.<\/p>\n<p>Potential research topics include an emulation of the phase III SONIA RCT using patient-level data. Generalisability of the trial effects and costs will be explored with the RWD available and the possibility of using RWD for robust subgroup analysis and post hoc analysis of the RCT. Op onze polikliniek ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor pati\u00ebnten die naar ons worden verwezen voor behandeling of een second opinion met betrekking tot zwangerschapspsychiatrie. Ook zien we pati\u00ebnten met ernstige depressie, psychotische stoornissen en psychiatrische symptomen door een somatisch probleem. In de consultatieve dienst doe je psychiatrische consulten op de somatische afdelingen in het Erasmus MC en op onze Medisch Psychiatrische Unit.<\/p>\n<p>Naast je reguliere werk op de polikliniek of in de consultendienst draai je ook mee in de diensten voor de afdeling en neem je waar voor de AIOS tijdens opleidingsmomenten. Hierdoor kom je binnen \u00e9\u00e9n functie met veel verschillende aspecten van de psychiatrie in aanraking.<\/p>\n<p>Op de afdeling Psychiatrie werk je altijd in een multidisciplinair team met een psychiater als werkbegeleider. Je werkt ook veel samen met collega\u2019s van andere medische specialismen. Gastvrijheid staat hierbij hoog in het vaandel. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het uitserveren van eten en drinken naar pati\u00ebnten en weet allerlei vragen op dit gebied te beantwoorden.<\/p>\n<p>Met jouw kennis van dieetleer ben jij de aangewezen persoon om maaltijden voor pati\u00ebnten voor te bereiden, hen hierover te adviseren en deze aan te bieden!<\/p>\n<p>Wat ga je zoal doen?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jij houdt goed in de gaten of pati\u00ebnten voldoende eten en drinken en biedt service op de pati\u00ebntenkamers.<\/li>\n<li>Bij nieuwe opnames ben je er verantwoordelijk voor dat de kamer klaar is om pati\u00ebnten te ontvangen.<\/li>\n<li>Daarnaast verricht je ook lichte schoonmaakwerkzaamheden op de pati\u00ebntenkamers.<\/li>\n<li>Je houdt de voorraden bij en vult deze waar nodig aan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Door goede communicatie en nauwe samenwerking met het zorgpersoneel zorg je samen voor een uitstekende dienstverlening aan onze pati\u00ebnten. Je kunt worden ingepland op verschillende afdelingen binnen het ziekenhuis: zowel in de klinieken van het Erasmus MC als op de kinderafdelingen van het Sophia Kinderziekenhuis.<\/p>\n<p>Het betreft een functie van 30 uur per week, waarbij je voornamelijk diensten van 6,5 uur werkt (inclusief een half uur pauze). De werktijden liggen tussen 07.00 en 19.30 uur, 7 dagen per week, inclusief feestdagen.
