Je helpt onderzoekers om complexe biomedische onderzoeksvragen te vertalen naar de juiste imagingstrategie en betrouwbare experimentele resultaten. Jouw belangrijkste aandachtsgebied is MRI, aangevuld met ultrasound en photoacoustic imaging.<\/p>\n<p>Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je adviseert onderzoekers over de mogelijkheden en optimale toepassing van imagingtechnieken, ontwikkelt en optimaliseert protocollen en traint onderzoekers in het zelfstandig gebruik van geavanceerde apparatuur. Bij complexe studies ondersteun je experimenten of voer je specialistische metingen zelf uit. Ook denk je mee over de verwerking, kwantificering en interpretatie van imagingdata. Expertise in data-analyse en\/of beeldverwerking is daarom een grote pr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Je bent meer dan een technisch specialist: als inhoudelijk sparringpartner maak je direct impact op de kwaliteit van wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Samen met collega\u2019s en expert users ontwikkel je nieuwe imagingmethoden en toepassingen en draag je bij aan onderwijs en kennisoverdracht. Wij bieden een flexibele bijbaan waarin je ons helpt met het annoteren van onze dataset, die wij publiek beschikbaar maken om een nieuwe internationale standaard te zetten voor (AI-)onderzoek binnen lever-MRI.<\/p>\n<p>Je helpt ons met het afmaken van onze MRI-dataset van pati\u00ebnten met levertumoren, afkomstig van 3000 pati\u00ebnten uit 11 landen. Om AI-modellen te kunnen ontwikkelen ter ondersteuning van radiologen bij het maken van diagnoses, hebben we annotaties van de levertumoren nodig. Je voert het vak uit in de volle breedte, binnen \u00e9\u00e9n van de grootste en meest geavanceerde afdelingen van Nederland. Het palet aan interventies bestaat onder anderen uit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Neurovaculaire interventies: behandeling aneurysmata, durale AV-fistels, spinale pathologie en intra-arteri\u00eble trombectomie\u00ebn (IAT\u2019s).<\/li>\n<li>Vasculair: perifere en viscerale arteri\u00eble interventies, veneuze ingrepen, acute embolisaties, TIPS, TACE en TARE<\/li>\n<li>Niet-vasculair: hepatobiliaire- en renale interventies, percutane tumorablaties, drainages en biopten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Naast de klinische werkzaamheden speel je een actieve rol in de opleiding en begeleiding van arts-assistenten radiologie en draag je bij aan onderwijsmomenten.
