De commissie wordt bijgestaan en ondersteund door ambtelijke adviseurs en een ambtelijk secretariaat. Leden beoordelen op basis van hun professionele expertise en ervaring de plannen voor de gemeente Breda.<\/p>\n<p>Door het aflopen van de benoemingstermijn van commissieleden ontstaan met ingang van 1 januari 2027 twee vacatures voor:<\/p>\n<p>Vacature 1: Stedenbouwkundige<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kennis en ruime ervaring op het gebied van stedenbouw en architectuur.<\/li>\n<li>Kennis en ruime ervaring als ontwerpend en praktiserend stedenbouwkundige op verschillende schaalniveaus.<\/li>\n<li>Interesse voor en inzicht in relevante ontwikkelingen op het gebied van ruimtelijke kwaliteit in brede zin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vacature 2: Bouwhistoricus<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Brede kennis en ruime ervaring op het gebied van bouwhistorie en deskundige ervaring op restauratievlak.<\/li>\n<li>Interesse voor en inzicht in bouwhistorie en regelgeving en procedures bij transformaties van erfgoed<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring als praktiserend bouwhistoricus in het erfgoedveld, bij restauratie en\/of herbestemming op verschillende schaalniveaus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Wat neem je mee?<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Je bent bekend met de stad Breda en hebt kennis van stedenbouwkundige, architectonisch en cultuurhistorische ontwikkeling van de stad Breda en haar omliggende dorpen, of bent bereid deze kennis snel eigen te maken;<\/li>\n<li>Je beschikt over academisch werk- en denkniveau en hebt een relevante opleiding afgerond op het gebied van bouwhistorie, architectuurgeschiedenis, monumentenzorg of een vergelijkbare discipline;<\/li>\n<li>Je hebt gevoel voor en betrokkenheid bij de ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied, nadrukkelijk ook op het gebied van de wet- en regelgeving rond de welstand, erfgoed en de ruimtelijke kwaliteit van de omgeving.<\/li>\n<li>Je bent analytisch ingesteld en in staat om ter tafel plannen te toetsen en het (lange termijn) effect op de omgeving te doorzien.<\/li>\n<li>Je bent communicatief ingesteld, functioneert goed in teamverband en staat binnen de commissie voor je vakgebied\/specialisme.<\/li>\n<li>Je kunt op een toegankelijke wijze helder, eenduidig en beargumenteerd mondeling advies uitbrengen aan zowel vakgenoten als leken.<\/li>\n<li>Je bent in staat om Je werkt op plekken waar de overlast het grootst is en waar inwoners, bezoekers en ondernemers jouw aanwezigheid waarderen. Je bent zichtbaar in uniform en onzichtbaar waar nodig. Je schakelt snel, denkt vooruit en werkt samen.<\/p>\n<p>Je wordt ingezet op tien vastgestelde hotspotlocaties in Breda. Deze locaties zijn bepaald op basis van meldingen, analyses, informatie van politie en signalen van bewoners en ondernemers. De overlast verschilt per locatie en kan bestaan uit overlastgevende personen, drugsproblematiek, parkeeroverlast, stroperij of andere verstoringen van de openbare orde.<\/p>\n<p>Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Toezicht houden bij horeca, inclusief sluitingstijden, leeftijdsgrenzen, terrassen en schijnbeheer.<\/li>\n<li>Controleren van evenementen op naleving van vergunningsvoorwaarden.<\/li>\n<li>Aanpakken van overlast door zwervers, hangjongeren of andere groepen.<\/li>\n<li>Toezicht houden in buitengebieden en bij recreatieplassen.<\/li>\n<li>Controleren van taxi\u2019s op keurmerken en bevoegdheden.<\/li>\n<li>Uitvoeren van waterhandhaving.<\/li>\n<li>Handhaven op afval, zoals dumpingen en bijplaatsingen.<\/li>\n<li>Toezicht houden op hondenoverlast en bijtincidenten.<\/li>\n<li>Parkeerhandhaving op Mulderfeiten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Wat neem je mee?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Je bent iemand op wie collega\u2019s kunnen bouwen. Je blijft rustig in stressvolle situaties en weet professioneel en mensgericht op te treden.
