Je start je dag met het nalopen van alle meldingen in Ultimo. In overleg met je teamleider maak je een prioritering van werkzaamheden die je gaat uitvoeren. De meldingen zijn uiteenlopend. Je kunt hierbij denken aan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Herstellen van lekkages<\/li>\n<li>Verhelpen van verstoppingen<\/li>\n<li>Vervangen van defect lichtbronnen<\/li>\n<li>Storingen oplossen aan apparatuur op zorgafdelingen<\/li>\n<li>Uitvoeren van kleine bouwkundige werkzaamheden<\/li>\n<li>Assisteren van collega\u2019s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Je bent werkzaam op HMC Westeinde of HMC Bronovo en wanneer nodig flexibel inzetbaar op alle locaties van HMC.<\/p>\n<p>De locaties van HMC worden op facilitair gebied ondersteund door het Cluster Service &amp; Huisvesting (S&amp;H). Binnen het cluster is ongeveer 400 fte werkzaam; zij dragen dagelijks zorg voor optimale veiligheid, kwaliteit en gastvrijheid. Binnen het cluster is ongeveer 400 fte werkzaam; zij dragen dagelijks zorg voor optimale veiligheid, kwaliteit en gastvrijheid. Je zorgt voor het verzamelen en uitgeven van het instrumentarium en verzorgt het voorraadbeheer. Hierbij combineer je vakinhoudelijke kennis met relevante wet- en regelgeving en werk je volgens interne werkafspraken. Je werkt in nauw teamverband samen met de collega\u2019s MSMH en je hebt intensief contact met de klanten binnen het ziekenhuis.<\/p>\n<p>Je bent scherp op zaken die beter kunnen en je durft je idee\u00ebn bespreekbaar te maken. Je neemt initiatief waar mogelijk om de dienstverlening van de afdeling te verbeteren en je denkt graag mee over de ontwikkeling van de afdeling. Jouw idee\u00ebn kunnen het verschil maken. Organisatorisch val je onder de team co\u00f6rdinator Centrale Sterilisatie Afdeling (CSA). De diensttijden vallen tussen 7:00 \u2013 18:00 uur. Wanneer je gediplomeerd bent zijn bereikbaarheidsdiensten volgens rooster en diensten op zaterdag en\/of zondag onderdeel van de functie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De opleiding<\/strong><br \/>De opleiding tot Medewerker Steriele Medische Hulpmiddelen volg je op een Regionale Opleidings Centrum in Leiden en duurt twee jaar. Leren doe je door te werken aan praktijkopdrachten en projecten en het volgen van lessen. De praktijkopdrachten voer je uit op de afdeling, waar je wordt begeleid door een gediplomeerde collega en voor school gerelateerde zaken kan je bij een praktijkopleider terecht. Op deze manier is er optimale afstemming tussen theorie en praktische toepassing. De opleiding start in februari 2027, maar we nemen leerlingen vaak eerder in dienst zodat zij kunnen voorwerken. De opleidingskosten zijn voor rekening van HMC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De afdeling<\/strong><br \/>De Centrale Sterilisatie Afdeling (CSA) zorgt voor het reinigen, desinfecteren, controleren, verpakken, steriliseren, distributie en voorraadbeheer van chirurgisch instrumentarium ten behoeve van de operatiekamers en overige afdelingen binnen het ziekenhuis. De CSA is verdeeld over drie locaties (Antoniushove, Bronovo en Westeinde).
