Dit omvat de preoperatieve zorg, peroperatieve zorg en postoperatieve zorg.<\/p>\n<p>De anesthesiemedewerker bewaakt de vitale functies van de pati\u00ebnt en onderhoudt tegelijkertijd de anesthesie. Dit doe je zowel op basis van richtlijnen, protocollen en Evidence Based Practice (EBP) als met gemaakte afspraken met de anesthesioloog.<\/p>\n<p>Een anesthesioloog mag aan maximaal twee pati\u00ebnten tegelijkertijd anesthesie toedienen en de verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor pati\u00ebnten op de recovery, op voorwaarde dat er geen gelijktijdige risicomomenten aanwezig zijn. Zo doe je ervaring op \u00e9n leer je bij ons alles om zorg te dragen voor pati\u00ebnten op de hartbewaking!<\/p>\n<p>Wij werken met een leerwerkplaats. Hierbij zorg jij dan samen met een andere PIO voor twee tot vier pati\u00ebnten, op basis van je leerdoelen en fase van je opleiding. Aan de leerwerkplaats hebben we altijd een CC-verpleegkundige gekoppeld die met jou als PIO klinisch redeneert, verdieping zoekt en supervisie geeft op het niveau dat jij nodig hebt.<\/p>\n<p>Wat deze opleiding en het werken op de CCU zo leuk en interessant maakt, is de combinatie van intensieve begeleiding, uitdagende pati\u00ebntenzorg en voortdurende professionele ontwikkeling binnen een betrokken en deskundig team.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Op de CCU krijg je te maken met laag- en hoogcomplexe pati\u00ebnten met verschillende cardiologische aandoeningen, zoals acuut infarct, eindstadium hartfalen, pre- en post harttransplantatie, pre- en post LVAD en cardiogene shock.<\/li>\n<li>Naast invasieve bewaking maken we gebruik van verschillende vormen van mechanische ondersteuning (zoals de ballonpomp, impella en steunhart). Waar jij dus ook mee gaat werken!<\/li>\n<li>Je draait als PIO CC-verpleegkundige mee in de zorg en je bewaakt de vitale organen van pati\u00ebnten. Naast je eigen waarneming, kennis en inzicht leer je vitale waarden en pati\u00ebntgegevens te interpreteren.<\/li>\n<li>Je leert pati\u00ebnten te begeleiden bij hun ziekteverwerkingsproces en maakt risicofactoren en leefstijlaanpassing met hen bespreekbaar. <br \/> Zo ziet de opleiding eruit:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De opleiding start in februari 2027.
