Om deze beweging te versnellen is nieuwe kennis \u00e9n een sterke kennisinfrastructuur nodig. Binnen de Passende Zorg Lijn voor de Academische Werkplaatsen Wijkverpleging werken de vijf regionale Academische Werkplaatsen Wijkverpleging daarom vier jaar lang samen in een landelijk consortium. In verschillende werkpakketten wordt er gewerkt aan:<\/p>\n<p>I) het ontwikkelen van cli\u00ebntrelevante uitkomsten,<\/p>\n<p>II) routinematig verzamelde zorgdata beter te benutten en<\/p>\n<p>III) passende zorg sneller te implementeren en niet-passende zorg te de-implementeren.<\/p>\n<p>Ook ontwikkelen IV) we methoden om cli\u00ebnten, naasten en inwoners structureel te betrekken bij onderzoek en passende zorg.<\/p>\n<p>Zo bouwen we gezamenlijk aan een lerende kennisinfrastructuur waarin onderzoek, dagelijkse wijkverpleging en mbo-, hbo- en wo-onderwijs nauw met elkaar zijn verbonden.<\/p>\n<p>Jouw promotietraject richt zich op het ontwikkelen van relevante uitkomsten van Passende Zorg voor de Wijkverpleging. Op dit moment ontbreekt het in de wijkverpleging aan een eenduidige, breed gedragen manier om zichtbaar te maken of geleverde zorg passend is: zorg die aansluit bij wat de cli\u00ebnt nodig heeft, en tegelijkertijd bijdraagt aan houdbare zorg voor iedereen. Jij ontwikkelt hiervoor een set van cli\u00ebntgerichte uitkomsten (een Core Outcome Set) en de bijbehorende minimale gegevens die nodig zijn om die uitkomsten goed te kunnen interpreteren (een Nursing Minimum Data Set).<\/p>\n<p>Je maakt onderdeel uit van een grotere, landelijke aanvraag van de Academische Werkplaats Wijkverpleging, waarbinnen meerdere promovendi en onderzoekers samen aan de onderzoekslijn Passende Zorg werken. Je werkt daardoor niet alleen samen met cli\u00ebnten, mantelzorgers, wijkverpleegkundigen en zorgorganisaties, maar ook met collega-promovendi en onderzoekers uit andere werkpakketten van dezelfde onderzoekslijn. De verkregen kennis en gegevens analyseer, beschrijf en publiceer je in wetenschappelijke artikelen, wat uitmondt in een proefschrift.<\/p>\n<p>We bieden je een kans om bij te dragen aan een ambitieus en toonaangevend onderzoeksproject binnen een gemotiveerd team. Er bestaan ook mogelijkheden voor het geven van onderwijs binnen de (pre)master Klinische Gezondheidswetenschappen.
