Tijdens de lessen maak je gebruik van afwisselende en activerende werkvormen. Je hebt een visie op taalonderwijs, waaruit samenhang en samenwerken met andere vakgebieden blijkt.<br \/>Ook word je studentbegeleider. Als studentbegeleider ben je een rolmodel voor de studenten: je begeleidt hen in hun professionele, persoonlijke en vakdidactische ontwikkeling, zodat zij goede, wendbare, startende leraren in het basisonderwijs kunnen worden.<br \/>Als collega ontwikkel je samen met andere collega\u2019s het onderwijs op locatie Haarlem.<br \/>We geven in kernteams met daarin verschillende disciplines vorm aan ons onderwijs waarbij de leervragen van de studenten centraal staan. Hierbij horen praktische zaken als reserveringen van ruimte en apparatuur, labelling van kasten\/laden\/ voorraadruimte. Tevens draag je zorg voor het dagelijks onderhoud en de schoonmaak van apparatuur en ruimtes, en de co\u00f6rdinatie hiervan door het aansturen van de gebruikers.<br \/>Je voert beheerstaken uit zoals het bijhouden van voorraden, doen van bestellingen, veiligheidsborging, beheer van apparatuur en opslag, en de voorbereiding van food experimenten.<br \/>Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en co\u00f6rdinatie van het Foodlab, zodat docenten, onderzoekers en studenten optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van de faciliteiten. Zo ondersteun je studenten die zelfstandig werkzaamheden uitvoeren aangaande projectonderwijs, stage of afstudeeronderzoek. Je ondersteunt docenten door klaarzetten van practicum-opstellingen en materialen en onderzoekers zullen je hulp vragen bij bestelling van materialen en\/of apparatuur en de uitvoering van experimenten.<br \/>Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de voorbereiding van het lab voor diverse activiteiten. Bijvoorbeeld open dagen, proefstudeeractiviteiten of de ontvangst van onderzoekspartners.<br \/>Als labbeheerder co\u00f6rdineer, organiseer en plan je het gebruik van het Foodlab, maar draagt geen eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het onderwijs of de begeleiding van studenten.<br \/>Je zorgt dat het Foodlab, inclusief apparatuur, werkruimtes en keukenfaciliteiten, veilig, schoon en operationeel is. Je bent bekend met de aanwezige apparatuur en ondersteunt gebruikers bij correct gebruik, zonder een onderwijzende of beoordelende rol te hebben.<br \/>Je werkt gestructureerd en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van het Foodlab, zodat praktijkonderwijs en onderzoek soepel kunnen verlopen.<br \/>Binnen het cluster AFL werk je in het team labbeheer. Samen met dit team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en ondersteunen van alle laboratoria die gebruikt worden voor het onderwijs en onderzoek van FCT en Life Sciences &amp; Chemistry.<br \/><strong>Goed om te weten: <\/strong>Je biedt geen onderwijs aan.
