However, the detailed mechanisms that determine bonding quality are still not sufficiently understood. In particular, the interplay between surface properties, wafer morphology, and the resulting bonding performance is still largely optimized empirically.<\/p>\n<p>In this postdoctoral project, you will develop and validate experimental methods to study wafer bonding in a quantitative and physics-based way. You will work on wafer bonding measurements and combine these with advanced surface metrology. It is relevant to have experience with analysis techniques such as AFM, WLI, contact-angle, XPS, infrared metrology.<\/p>\n<p>You will work in the XUV Optics group at the University of Twente, embedded in the MESA+ Institute for Nanotechnology. The project offers a combination of hands-on experimental work, data analysis, physical interpretation and close interaction with industrial partners. Binnen het team van Student Services zijn wij in verband met het vertrek van een collega op zoek naar een<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Medewerker Studentenbalie<\/strong><br \/>In deze functie ben je samen met je collega\u2019s van de Student Services studentenbalie verantwoordelijk voor een goede serviceverlening richting aankomende en huidige (internationale) studenten. Je bent de schakel tussen de student en onze backoffices en hebt als hoofddoel te zorgen voor een warm welkom en een goed ge\u00efnformeerde en tevreden student of gast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taken<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Je beantwoordt allerhande vragen via mail, telefoon en balie over o.a. aanmelding, toelating, visa, huisvesting, collegegeld, inschrijving, tentamens en\/of roosters. Je bent tevens de helpdesk voor het nationale aanmeldsysteem Studielink en het klachtenloket.<\/li>\n<li>Individuele complexe vragen van studenten zet je door naar de verschillende backoffices.<\/li>\n<li>Je hebt veel contact met jouw collega\u2019s van de backoffices, zodat je over voldoende inhoudelijke kennis beschikt om de student goed te woord te staan.<\/li>\n<li>Met de kennis die jij opdoet bij de front office, denk en werk je mee aan procesverbeteringen in de back office en een optimale samenwerking tussen beiden.
