Je werkt nauw samen met teams binnen onderwijs en onderzoek en bent actief betrokken bij research support.<\/p>\n<p>Als productmanager bouw je mee aan het IT-dienstenaanbod, met nadruk op onderzoek. Je ontwikkelt en verbetert diensten zoals rekenfaciliteiten en dataopslag, en zorgt dat deze aansluiten bij de behoeften van onderzoekers. Je kijkt daarbij over de grenzen van de UT heen en werkt samen met partners zoals SURF om het beste resultaat te bereiken.<\/p>\n<p>Als service level manager zorg je voor duidelijke afspraken over dienstverlening. In all of these fields, systems are being driven towards higher plasma powers, leading to more severe plasma-surface interactions and accelerated material degradation. Despite this growing need, current laboratory test facilities cannot yet reproduce hydrogen plasma exposure conditions at the intensity and timescales required for accelerated lifetime testing. Combining the concepts of different plasma sources should allow developing sources that expose samples to high flux of 10^16 ions\/(cm2s) while maintaining the ion energy below 10 eV, exceeding flux of the current state-of-the-art ECR plasma sources. This innovation will enable lab-scale measurements of lifetime testing for plasma facing surfaces, while maintaining their corresponding degradation mechanisms.<\/p>\n<p>In this postdoctoral project, you will work with different hydrogen plasma sources and develop analysis routines to characterize the flux and energy to verify the properties of the high flux hydrogen illumination source. You will quantify the enhancement, demonstrate the performance in samples relevant to applications, and identify the influence factors that allow to tune the source.<\/p>\n<p>You will work in the XUV Optics group at the University of Twente, embedded in the MESA+ Institute for Nanotechnology. The project offers a combination of hands-on experimental work, data analysis, physical interpretation and close interaction with industrial partners. Onze processen worden zoveel mogelijk geautomatiseerd ondersteund en er zijn volop ontwikkelingen op gebied van optimalisatie en innovatie om het onderwijs nog beter te kunnen ondersteunen. De medewerkers administratieve processen en systemen spelen hierin een belangrijke rol;<\/p>\n<p>Wij zoeken versterking voor het functioneel inrichten van werkprocessen rondom aanmelden, inschrijven en betalen in Osiris en Studielink met een link naar Unit4 voor de financi\u00eble processen.<\/p>\n<p>Als medewerker administratieve processen en systemen (MAPS) van de studentinformatiesystemen ben je samen met je collega MAPS verantwoordelijk voor een effici\u00ebnte inrichting van het systeem en vervul je een onmisbare spilfunctie tussen het dagelijkse werk van de gebruikers van de systemen en IT.<\/p>\n<p>Je hebt afwisselende taken zoals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zorgen voor een optimale inrichting en werking van de gebruikerssystemen voor diverse processen;<\/li>\n<li>Voorbereiden, analyseren, ontwerpen, beheren en evalueren van de processen in het systeem;<\/li>\n<li>Aanspreekpunt voor de aanmeld- en inschrijfprocessen binnen SAS voor Studielink, Osiris en de connectie met Unit4. Als contactpersoon fungeren bij complexe problemen en eventuele calamiteiten tussen de gebruikers en functioneel beheer;<\/li>\n<li>Deelname aan en\/of aansturing van verbeter- en verandertrajecten;<\/li>\n<li>Het deelnemen aan en uitvoeren van procesanalyses en advisering over procesoptimalisatie, waarbij je samen met de teams verantwoordelijk bent voor het optimaliseren en automatiseren van bestaande en nieuwe processen;<\/li>\n<li>Deelnemen aan landelijke verbeter- en implementatieprojecten rondom optimalisatie en uitbreiding van Studielink;<\/li>\n<li>Het signaleren, beoordelen en oplossen van knelpunten;<\/li>\n<li>Testen van nieuwe releases en systeemaanpassingen voor onderwijsontwikkelingen, samen met functioneel beheer;<\/li>\n<li>Je werkt binnen de afdeling SAS met 5 andere medewerkers processen en systemen in een team. In dit team heerst een gezamenlijk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
