Thousands of researchers use FUMA every year to analyze genetic data through an interactive web interface supported by a robust computational backend. The webtool is built on Laravel, the tool utilizes PHP, JavaScript, Python, and R.<\/p>\n<p>You will play a key role in the technical development and maintenance of FUMA, with possible involvement in the scientific development as well (i.e. suggesting novel additions).<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement existing and new analysis modules and visualizations within FUMA, including integration of statistical pipelines developed by the Complex Traits Genetics group<\/li>\n<li>Integrate large-scale biological reference datasets for use within FUMA. Marie Rosenkrantz Lindegaard at the Department of Sociology. It is one of twelve work packages in the ORC-NWA consortium project \u201cDe-escalating Aggressive Encounters between Frontline Workers and Citizens.\u201d The aim is to understand the mechanisms that drive escalation and de-escalation of aggressive encounters between frontline workers and citizens. The project involves academic and societal partners working together. We are looking for a postdoc that will carry out the work of a sub-project focusing on the micro-level environment in which conflict encounters occur, identifying situational hotspots across work routines in different worker contexts.<\/p>\n<p>The postdoc will work closely together with four other PhD\u2019s that will analyze video recorded encounters between citizens and frontline workers in law enforcement, public transport, service work, and health care.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a candidate who is interested in learning or already has experience with video analysis and ethnographic fieldwork, has an affiliation with observational and statistical methods, and is passionate about working in an interdisciplinary team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay in
