Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van financi\u00eble resultaten en het behalen van interne en externe KPI\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met vervoerders, agenten en klanten en weet belangen goed met elkaar te verbinden. Daarbij ben je zichtbaar in de operatie, neem je verantwoordelijkheid bij escalaties en draag je actief bij aan een professionele, betrouwbare en effici\u00ebnte Je start de dag met het controleren van binnengekomen transportdocumenten en het afstemmen en routen van lading met (internationale) agenten. Daarna regel je het verdere transport, plaats je boekingen en controleer je of alle papieren in orde zijn voor inklaring bij de douane.<br \/>In samenwerking met je collega\u2019s, draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor je \u2018eigen\u2019 klanten en zorg je ervoor dat goederen snel en correct naar de klant worden doorgestuurd, boekt het natransport en verwerkt alle administratie. Aan het eind van het proces factureer je de klant en rond je de dossiers netjes af.<br \/>Het werk is dynamisch en afwisselend: elke dag vraagt om goed organiseren, snel schakelen en nauw contact met
