Lees verder en ontdek deze unieke baan!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hoe jij bijdraagt<\/strong><br \/>Als technisch specialist werk je aan meetstations die belangrijke gegevens verzamelen over het weer en klimaat. Denk aan apparatuur die temperatuur, wind, neerslag en andere weersomstandigheden meet. Dankzij jouw werk kunnen deze meetstations betrouwbaar blijven functioneren.<\/p>\n<p>Je werkt samen met service engineers, servicemonteurs, sensor engineers en andere technisch specialisten. Komt een collega een technisch probleem tegen of moet een meetlocatie worden aangepast? Dan help jij met jouw kennis en ervaring bij het vinden van een goede oplossing.<\/p>\n<p>Je houdt je bezig met het ontwerpen, verbeteren en onderhouden van technische installaties. Daarbij gebruik je programma\u2019s zoals AutoCAD en EPLAN. Ook denk je mee over nieuwe oplossingen voor meteorologische meetopstellingen, bijvoorbeeld op meetmast Cabauw of andere meetlocaties in Nederland.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast onderzoek je complexe storingen en werk je aan verbeteringen om toekomstige problemen te voorkomen. Je zorgt ervoor dat servicemonteurs de juiste kennis hebben om hun werk op locatie goed en veilig uit te voeren. Samen met de sensor engineers houd je informatie over hardware en onderdelen actueel.<\/p>\n<p>Met jouw technische expertise draag je bij aan betrouwbare meetgegevens. Lees dan verder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hoe jij bijdraagt<\/strong><br \/>Als projectmanager binnen het team Vernieuwingen werk je aan projecten die belangrijk zijn voor Nederland. Denk aan nieuwe sensoren voor weersmetingen, systemen die de luchtvaart gebruikt of apparatuur die aardbevingen registreert. Deze projecten zijn technisch complex en vragen om duidelijke keuzes in aanbestedingen, planning en uitvoering. Jij zorgt dat deze onderdelen goed op elkaar aansluiten.<\/p>\n<p>Je werkt aan de voorbereiding van Europese aanbestedingen, bijvoorbeeld voor nieuwe meetinstrumenten of systemen die 24\/7 moeten draaien. Je onderzoekt de markt, stelt de juiste vragen, maakt plannen van aanpak en verzamelt input van specialisten, juristen, inkopers en architecten. Tijdens de aanbesteding let je op de kwaliteit van eisen, gunningscriteria en afspraken. Daarna begeleid je de invoering en kijk je mee naar de technische, organisatorische en operationele gevolgen.<\/p>\n<p>Je helpt jouw collega\u2011projectleiders door kennis te delen en samen te werken. Tijdens je stage werk je mee aan het bedenken \u00e9n maken van content en het meedenken over hoe we onze communicatie het beste kunnen inzetten: van social posts tot video\u2019s, visuals en eenvoudige animaties.<\/p>\n<p>Je komt terecht in het communicatieteam en werkt nauw samen met onder andere de social media adviseur, datavisualisator, woordvoering en interne communicatie. Je krijgt veel ruimte om creatief mee te denken en idee\u00ebn uit te werken, van concept tot eindproduct.<\/p>\n<p>Je werkt mee aan het bedenken \u00e9n maken van content over weer, klimaat en seismologie. Dat kan van alles zijn: social posts, korte video\u2019s, explainers, visuals of ondersteunend design.<\/p>\n<p>De ene dag denk je mee over een format of invalshoek, de andere dag werk je een idee uit tot concrete content. Our focus is on advancing ML methods for post-processing of numerical weather prediction (NWP) model output, as well as developing data-driven weather models using machine learning.
