Your challenge as a Project Leader Series
As our Project Leader Series, you're at the helm of driving numerous projects spanning series production and aftermarket delivery. This role places you in charge of crafting project timelines, ensuring efficient prioritization, and spearheading implementation efforts. Your keen analysis of customer requirements and adept handling of change requests are instrumental in delivering excellence. Serving as the link between Operations and cross-functional teams including Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations, you foster seamless collaboration to achieve our objectives. You will report directly to the Manager Turbo Sales.
Your duties include:
- Leading and representing the project team, the project and associated change management process after Start of Series Production “SoP”;
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships;
- Analysing and responding to customer requirements and communicating this appropriately to the organisation;
- Negotiate with customers (cost, price, lead time, project steps);
- Preparing sample and series quotations;
- Reviewing and updating forecast planning and informing the demand planner;
- Calculate, keep track of and analyse the profit of your projects.

Maintenance Support Coördinator
Wat is jouw uitdaging als Maintenance Support Coördinator?
De afdeling Maintenance is verantwoordelijk voor de technische staat van onder andere de assemblagelijnen van turbochargers voor de automotive industrie. Jouw missie als Maintenance Support Coördinator is om de aan de productie ondersteunende technische werkzaamheden te organiseren en uit te voeren. Houd jij je o.a. bezig met het begeleiden en ondersteunen van Service Engineers. Ook doe je onderzoek naar oorzaken van storingen op mechanisch, elektronisch, -pneumatisch, hydraulisch en elektronisch gebied van de productiemachines. Je werkt nauw samen met productie en kwaliteit, samen zijn julilie. Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse output. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Teamleader Maintenance en maandelijks aan het management over de voorgang van het project.
Tot je dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden behoren:
- Verzamelen van data vanuit de systemen, analyseren van deze data;
- Organiseren van root-cause analyses meeting om problemen met hoge MTTR en lage MTBF op te sporen en zowel correctieve als preventieve vervolgacties vaststellen;
- Neemt proactief deel in 5S en Kaizen verbeteringsteams;
- Coördineren van maintenance taken met productie en derde partijen;
- Begeleiden, motiveren, instrueren en ondersteunen van Service Engineers;
- Initiëren van verbeteracties ten aanzien van de ontwikkeling, organisatie van het projectteam en het productieproces.
