As an International Sales Engineer, you are responsible for driving our small engines sales and establishing strong relationships with clients across the globe. This includes identifying potential markets, engaging with customers, and providing technical expertise to showcase the value of our engines. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure client needs are met and exceed expectations. In cases where challenges arise, you provide innovative solutions, and throughout the sales process, you guide clients to ensure a seamless experience. To ensure success, you stay informed about all industry developments and market trends.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Close collaboration with global clients and partners;
• Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets;
• Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals;
• Negotiating contracts and terms with clients;
• Providing product information to customers;
• Addressing inquiries from clients regarding product specifications and availability;
• Participating in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and brand.

OTI & OPPS Coordinator

Your challenge as a OTI & OPPS Coordinator

As an OTI & OPPS Coordinator, you are responsible for the efficient order and purchasing administration of small and large engines ordered by distributors and dealers. You ensure smooth administrative handling of delivery issues and support first-line delivery problems. As expert you report to the General Manager Engine Division and the Manager OTI & OPPS. Besides you work closely with Team Leaders OTI & OPPS and other internal departments

Your duties for OTI include:

• Administration of small engines and coordination with the warehouse
• Backup for large engines and maritime shipments
• Updating systems based on outstanding lists
• Handling first-line backorder delivery issues and liaising with international factories
• Problem-solving, writing plans, and making proposals to the team leader
• Setting priorities and communicating with internal and external customers

Your duties for OPPS include:

• Converting approved PRs to POs
• Processing and emailing POs and MEA invoices
• Updating SAP systems and handling order lists
• Creating source lists and info records for new PRs
• Preparing reports, forecasts, and analyses
• Acting as a backup for Letters of Credit

• Assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as project documentation, reports, and communication.
• Maintaining contact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Keeping track of the financial administration of the team.
• Monitoring and coordinating of the prototype build and shipment.

Als Training Coördinator bij HR ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling van opleidingsaanvragen op het gebied van gedrag, kennis en vaardigheden. Je beheert het online trainingsplatform, handelt inschrijvingen voor trainingen af, faciliteert de lunch voor trainers, beheert de trainingsagenda en zorgt er voor dat alles dat nodig is voor de trainingen aanwezig is.

Compliance Officer

What is your challenge as a Compliance Officer?

Within the MTEE group, you are responsible for developing and implementing the Compliance and Internal Control system. You ensure compliance with internal and external regulations in an independent and objective manner. Additionally, you are actively and supportively involved in internal audits of MTEE, branch offices, and subsidiaries. When new regulations are introduced within the organization, you are involved in the implementation and ensure adherence. In this role, you report to the General Manager.

Your daily responsibilities further include:

• Executing, administering, and following up on the J-SOX program;
• Conducting internal audits and providing support for external audits;
• Developing, implementing, and managing various internal control programs, such as anti-corruption, antitrust, and export control;
• Overseeing the preparation of documentation for the annual shareholders' meeting and related corporate governance matters;
• Acting as the Data Privacy Officer for MTEE;
• Managing MTEE’s whistleblower policy;
• Initiating, preparing, and executing training programs related to compliance and internal control;
• Improving and maintaining the legal database and contracts.
