Als Quality Assurance Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren en handhaven van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.

Als rechterhand van de QA & RA Manager Europe stuur je de 5 Quality departementen aan die bestaan uit circa 40 collega’s.

In deze uitdagende rol krijg je de mogelijkheid een significante impact te hebben op de kwaliteit van de producten.

Jij zorgt ervoor dat de site voldoet aan de geldende GMP-regelgeving. Je voert daarbij regelmatig audits en inspecties uit om de naleving te controleren en verbeterpunten te identificeren.

In deze rol krijg je niet alleen de mogelijkheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen, maar ook om een team te leiden en te inspireren. Je leidt een team van professionals en motiveert hen om uitstekende prestaties neer te zetten. Je stimuleert open communicatie en samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen. Waar nodig draag je zorg voor de coaching, begeleiding en evaluatie van deze afdeling.

Ook zorg jij ervoor dat documenten als (M)SOP’s, Quality Agreements, GMP-licenties en ISO13485-certificeringen up-to date blijven volgens geldende EU-richtlijnen. Hiernaast leid jij zowel Quality Management-reviews als (klant)audits.

• Accueillir les patients au sein des centres de prélèvement : En tant qu’ambassadeur de l’image du laboratoire, vous devez accueillir, informer et gérer le flux de patients. Vous veillez à les accompagner avec une écoute attentive et une approche rassurante afin de leur offrir une expérience positive.
• Réaliser les tâches administratives nécessaires à la prise en charge des patient : En tant que premier maillon de la chaine au laboratoire, vous devez encoder les dossiers dans le système d’information. Votre responsabilité est de tracer toutes les questions sur la clinique et les renseignements des patients.
• Réaliser les prélèvements d’échantillons biologiques avec professionnalisme et bienveillance : Vous réalisez des prélèvements variés (sanguins, bactériologiques, fertilité, etc.) dans le respect des procédures qualité et assurez un suivi minutieux.
• Gérer les échantillons dans le respect des normes qualité : Vous gérez les conditions pré-analytiques afin de garantir la qualité des résultats des analyses. Vous traitez également les urgences, gérez les délais de transport, préparez les échantillons pour le transport.
• Gérer un centre de prélèvement : En tant qu’infirmier(e) préleveur(se) vous êtes le premier point de contact et êtes responsable d'assurer une atmosphère accueillante et professionnelle. Vous préparez les cabines et vérifiez que tout est en place pour une prise en charge optimale des patients. Vous veillez à la bonne tenue du centre : remplissage des tables de prélèvement, tenue de la caisse, etc.
• Participez à la formation de vos futurs collègues : Votre regard sera essentiel pour contribuer au développement du laboratoire sur de nouveaux territoires au plus proche de la population.
