What does your day look like as a Junior Customer Support Engineer?

As a Junior Customer Support Engineer, you support our Customer Support Engineers in investigating the root causes of malfunctions and defects in engines, generator sets, and (control) systems. You act as a key link between customers and the factory and contribute to product improvements by feeding your findings back to the factory.

Your responsibilities also include:

Performing root cause analyses, investigating malfunctions and defects in customer engines and generator sets;

Collaborating with dealers and service partners who carry out repairs, while you focus on advice and quality control of the performed work;

Supporting the technical assessment of warranty claims, reviewing them against warranty conditions, and assisting with report preparation;

Handling complaints accurately and clearly;

Last but not least: gaining extensive knowledge and experience from your experienced colleagues.

Specialist Salarisadministratie

Wat is jouw uitdaging als Specialist Salarisadministratie?

Als Specialist Salarisadministratie ben jij verantwoordelijk dat de volledige salarisadministratie voor ruim 450 collega’s foutloos, tijdig en volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving wordt uitgevoerd. Jij bent de expert die ervoor zorgt dat cijfers kloppen, processen efficiënt lopen en dat collega’s kunnen rekenen op een betrouwbare en transparante payroll. Naast de maandelijkse payroll ben jij nauw duik jij in processen en ben jij nauw betrokken bij de verbetering hiervan.

Tot je dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden behoren:

• Verzamelen, verwerken en controleren van salarisgegevens in ADP Workforce;
• Opstellen van salarisberekeningen voor nieuwe medewerkers en verwerken van mutaties;
• Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers over salaris, pensioen en arbeidsvoorwaarden;
• Adviseren van manager HR ten aanzien arbeidsvoorwaarden;
• Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van interne en externe audits zoals accountants en belastingdienst;
• Initiëren van verbeteracties binnen de salarisprocessen, systemen en data‑stromen;
• Samenwerken met Finance over o.a. WKR‑regeling en overige financiële koppelingen.

Design Engineer

What will be your challenge as a Design Engineer?
In this role, you help shape the technology of tomorrow. As the world around us evolves, you work on designs for the engines of the future. Starting from an engine environment, you design a technically sound turbocharger based on customer specifications.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translating customer specifications and engine environments into innovative turbocharger designs;
• Communicating and coordinating with various departments to ensure technical manufacturability;
• Creating designs using CAD software such as Catia and NX;
• Communicating with and advising customers regarding material selection.

Monteur Testbanken

Wat is jouw uitdaging als Monteur Testbanken?

De dag begint met start van de dag, er wordt overlegt wie wat gaat doen die dag. Dit kan de ene keer een motor opbouw zijn, maar ook een turbo verwisselen op de proefstand kan voorkomen. Je zorgt dat alle sensoren, zoals druk, temperatuur en andere meetsensoren correct zijn ingesteld en dat de testopstelling volledig veilig is. Zodra alles gereed is, programmeer je de testbank en analyseer je de ontvangen data.

Daarnaast houd je je bezig met:

• Opbouwen van turbo’s op de specifieke testbanken;
• Uitvoeren van veiligheidschecks en instructies;
• Onderhoud aan motoren die langdurige duurtesten draaien;
• Meedenken over verbeteringen in testopstellingen en tooling.
