Jouw baan
As Room Attendant at CitizenM Rotterdam you are part of our friendly team of 6-7 international employees. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Rotterdam Blaak treinstation.
You start your day at 9 AM and typically finish around 3 PM, although some days may require extra time. We ask that you be available to work minimum two weekends per month. Your main tasks will include cleaning and preparing guest rooms and restocking supplies like towels and toiletries. If you're ready to create a welcoming environment for guests from around the world, we would love to have you on our team!

Work Schedule:

• Flexibel during week, minimum 2 weekends per month
• From 9am till aprox. 15pm (some days are longer)

Jouw baan
Samen met je collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor het schoonmaken van de hotelkamers, gangen en lobby in het hotel. Jij helpt met schoonmaken, motiveert de collega’s en controleert de schoongemaakte kamers; kom je een kleine foutje tegen? dan los jij dat gelijk op. Daarnaast maak jij de dagplanning, verdeel je het linnen en heb je goed contact met de receptie van hotel voor vragen of verzoeken.

Jouw baan
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at CitizenM Amsterdam Airport, you will ensure that every guest experiences a spotless, welcoming, and comfortable stay. You’ll lead and support the housekeeping team, coordinating daily cleaning schedules, inspecting rooms and public areas, and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and service.

Your role is hands-on and dynamic: you’ll motivate the team, solve problems on the spot, and ensure smooth communication between housekeeping and other hotel departments. You’ll also train new team members, support professional development, and help maintain a positive, efficient work environment.

Work Schedule:

• 5 days a week (including weekends)
• 9am - 17pm with flexible finish times depending on hotel occupancy – some days you may finish earlier or later
