You will also be scheduled to install the equipment at customers’ homes yourself. This way, you always stay informed about the practical application of the products and how they are installed. As a Trainer/Coach, you ensure that technicians are confident, skilled, and properly prepared for their work. You are the central point of contact for all training and coaching related to appliance installation, blending technical know-how with strong communication skills and a practical mindset.

Proces operator

Als proces operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten verlopen van de productieprocessen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de geautomatiseerde verwerking van rauwe melk, room, boter en boterolie efficiënt, veilig en volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen plaatsvindt.

Werkzaamheden:

• Bedienen en bewaken van de procesinstallaties conform werk- en productievoorschriften
• Procescontrole uitvoeren door middel van monstername en analyses, en waar nodig bijsturen
• Signaleren, voorkomen en verhelpen van (middelgrote) storingen
• Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud en ondersteuning bieden aan de Technische Dienst bij grotere storingen
• Beheren van de toe- en afvoer van grondstoffen en eindproducten
