• Maintain and develop the (quality) management system of Arbodienst Dow.

PLUS Warehouse Employee (All-round) - OSS at Plus Distributiecentrum

• Inbound: Receive incoming goods from truck drivers. This is not a physically demanding role.
• CPS (Continuous Packing System): Perform voice picking and operate an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT). While previous experience is preferred, no certifications are required. This role may involve physically demanding tasks depending on the products handled.
• DPS (Direct Picking System): Similar to pick-to-light systems, products will be delivered to your station. The role requires working efficiently under time pressure but is not physically demanding. The department is located at a higher level in the distribution center, so comfort with heights is essential.
• Outbound: Organize trolleys and dollies for pick-up. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure products are delivered to the correct locations. This role can be physically demanding, particularly when handling heavier items such as alcohol and cigarettes.
• Emballage: Manage and recycle empty packaging materials such as bottles, crates, and cans. You will also check trolleys for reuse. This role may involve physically demanding tasks based on the materials handled.

You must be flexible, ready to work on each department.

Verkoper Buitendienst

Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van de binnendienst en de bouwshop en hebt regelmatig overleg met medewerkers van de vestigingen in Breda en Bergen op Zoom.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

• Aannemers, bouwbedrijven, architectenbureaus en andere klanten regelmatig bezoeken en luisteren naar hun wensen. Door deze persoonlijke afspraken lukt het je om in te spelen op behoeften, mogelijke problemen een stap voor zijn en succesvolle nieuwe overeenkomsten te sluiten;
• Jouw kennis over producten en diensten omzetten in een klantadvies op maat;
• Offertes opstellen waarbij je rekening houdt met haalbaarheid en budgetten;
• Nieuwe klanten werven door het actief uitbreiden van je netwerk;
• Ontwikkelingen en nieuwe technologie op de voet te volgen en deze te introduceren binnen onze organisatie.

Operator Drukkerij

Als Operator in Hoogerheide maak je deel uit van een hecht productieteam. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat het drukproces soepel verloopt en dat onze klanten topkwaliteit ontvangen. Je werkt met geavanceerde offsetpersen, stelt de machines nauwkeurig af en bewaakt het drukproces van begin tot eind. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail, kleurgevoel en technische kennis lever je drukwerk dat volledig aan de eisen van onze klanten voldoet.

Verder bestaan je werkzaamheden uit:

• Instellen, bedienen en controleren van de offsetdrukpers;
• Zelfstandig oplossen van kleine technische storingen;
• Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van het proces;
• Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en optimalisatie.
