Logistiek Teamleider

Als Logistiek Teamleider stuur je dagelijks een team van ongeveer 6 logistiek medewerkers aan en zorg je dat alle logistieke processen soepel verlopen: van goederenontvangst en opslag tot orderpicking, intern transport en expeditie.
Je bent actief aanwezig op de werkvloer, houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat alles administratief klopt in ERP/WMS. Daarnaast werk je continu aan verbeteringen in processen, efficiëntie en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Veiligheid, orde en netheid staan altijd voorop, en je stuurt op KPI’s zoals OTIF, voorraadnauwkeurigheid, doorlooptijden, pick-efficiëntie en transportkosten.

PLUS Warehouse Employee (All-round) - OSS at Plus Distributiecentrum

• Inbound: Receive incoming goods from truck drivers. This is not a physically demanding role.
• CPS (Continuous Packing System): Perform voice picking and operate an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT). While previous experience is preferred, no certifications are required. This role may involve physically demanding tasks depending on the products handled.
• DPS (Direct Picking System): Similar to pick-to-light systems, products will be delivered to your station. The role requires working efficiently under time pressure but is not physically demanding. The department is located at a higher level in the distribution center, so comfort with heights is essential.
• Outbound: Organize trolleys and dollies for pick-up. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure products are delivered to the correct locations. This role can be physically demanding, particularly when handling heavier items such as alcohol and cigarettes.
• Emballage: Manage and recycle empty packaging materials such as bottles, crates, and cans. You will also check trolleys for reuse. This role may involve physically demanding tasks based on the materials handled.

You must be flexible, ready to work on each department.

Operator Koffiemachines – Regio Helmond (24–32 uur per week)

• Executes the order entry process and manages the order fulfillment process for a given business or group of businesses and customers, which are typically priority and foundational customers with a high degree of complexity.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of the businesses’ products, businesses, applications, and service offerings.
• Strengthens customer intimacy by developing solid relationships, understanding customer needs and gathering market intelligence.
• Coordinates activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues and implement solutions.
• Maintains service levels according to business prioritization
