Als personeelsplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en bewaken van de weekplanning en dagplanning binnen een dynamische logistieke omgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat de inzet van medewerkers optimaal aansluit bij de operationele behoeften. Hierbij gebruik je tools zoals Planbition en Excel om inzicht te krijgen in beschikbaarheid, capaciteiten en de planning van flexkrachten.

Je houdt dagelijks overzicht over de personeelsbezetting en past deze waar nodig aan, bijvoorbeeld bij onverwachte afwezigheden of wijzigingen in het productieproces. Dit vraagt om een goede balans tussen structuur en flexibiliteit, waarbij je snel kunt schakelen en prioriteiten kunt stellen. Het plannen van vakanties en het verwerken van ad-hoc verzoeken behoren ook tot je takenpakket, zodat de continuïteit altijd gewaarborgd blijft.

Daarnaast ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne teams als externe partners binnen het poolmanagement. Je geeft advies over personeelsinzet en draagt bij aan verbeteringen in het planningsproces. Door jouw inzicht in transportplanning en logistiek zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers op het juiste moment op de juiste plek aanwezig zijn.

Multitasken is cruciaal in deze rol; je beheert verschillende planningsstromen tegelijk zonder het overzicht te verliezen. Stressbestendigheid komt goed van pas wanneer er plotseling wijzigingen optreden die snel moeten worden opgelost. Daarnaast is een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal gewenst voor communicatie met internationale collega’s of leveranciers.

Je gebruikt data uit planningssystemen om trends te signaleren en waar mogelijk proactief aanpassingen door te voeren. Zo help je mee aan een efficiënte personeelsinzet die bijdraagt aan het behalen van operationele doelstellingen. Plus Warehouse Employee at Plus Distributiecentrum

• Inbound: Receive incoming goods from truck drivers. This is not a physically demanding role.
• CPS (Continuous Packing System): Perform voice picking and operate an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT). While previous experience is preferred, no certifications are required. This role may involve physically demanding tasks depending on the products handled.
• DPS (Direct Picking System): Similar to pick-to-light systems, products will be delivered to your station. The role requires working efficiently under time pressure but is not physically demanding. The department is located at a higher level in the distribution center, so comfort with heights is essential.
• Outbound: Organize trolleys and dollies for pick-up. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure products are delivered to the correct locations. This role can be physically demanding, particularly when handling heavier items such as alcohol and cigarettes.
• Emballage: Manage and recycle empty packaging materials such as bottles, crates, and cans. You will also check trolleys for reuse. This role may involve physically demanding tasks based on the materials handled.

Pracownik Centrum Dystrybucji Plus w Plus Distributiecentrum

• Inbound:: Odbieranie dostaw od kierowców ciężarówek.
• CPS (system ciągłego pakowania): Kompletowanie zamówień z wykorzystaniem systemu głosowego oraz obsługa elektrycznego wózka paletowego (EPT). Preferowane jest wcześniejsze doświadczenie, jednak nie są wymagane żadne certyfikaty. W zależności od obsługiwanych produktów praca na tym stanowisku może wiązać się z zadaniami wymagającymi wysiłku fizycznego.
• DPS (Direct Picking System – system bezpośredniego kompletowania): Podobnie jak w systemach typu „pick-to-light”, produkty będą dostarczane do stanowiska pracownika. Stanowisko wymaga wydajnej pracy pod presją czasu, ale nie jest fizycznie wymagające. Dział znajduje się na wyższym poziomie w centrum dystrybucyjnym, dlatego niezbędna jest swoboda poruszania się na wysokości.
• Outbound:Organizowanie wózków i platform do odbioru. Dbałość o szczegóły ma kluczowe znaczenie dla zapewnienia dostarczenia produktów we właściwe miejsca. Stanowisko to może wiązać się z dużym wysiłkiem fizycznym,.

Your tasks:

• Packing freshly baked cookies
• Working on different packing lines
• Picking and packing products on conveyor belts

• Maintaining hygiene and quality standards

  Working in 3 shifts:

  • -> 06:00 – 14:00
  • -> 14:00 – 22:00
  • -> 22:00 – 06:00

Logistics Handler High-Tech

As a High-Tech Logistics Operator, you play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout the organization. Your work directly supports production processes and helps maintain operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities include:

• Packing and preparing products for shipment.
• Processing and preparing outgoing orders.
• Transporting materials and goods within the warehouse and production areas.
• Working with logistics systems such as SAP.
• Monitoring the flow of goods and reporting discrepancies.
