VOOR WIE DOE JE HET?
Voor jongeren die al veel hebben meegemaakt en behoefte hebben aan een plek waar zij opnieuw kunnen bouwen aan veiligheid, stabiliteit en een toekomst, bieden onze Sterk Thuis woonvormen een warme woonplek. In deze kleinschalige woonvorm wonen maximaal vier jongeren (11–21 jaar) die door hechtingsproblemen, complexe systeemproblematiek, trauma en/of complex gedrag niet meer thuis of binnen andere woonvormen zoals een gezinshuis of pleeggezin kunnen wonen. Wat zij wél nodig hebben, is een plek waar mensen hen écht zien, begrijpen en ondersteunen. Een huiselijke omgeving waar zij veilig kunnen landen, tot zichzelf kunnen komen en stap voor stap kunnen groeien.

Ons vaste team van betrokken en professionele opvoeders biedt intensieve begeleiding en waar nodig zetten we behandeling in. Onze missie is om er met elkaar voor te zorgen dat jongeren zo thuis als mogelijk kunnen wonen, zonder voorwaarden. We houden vol en blijven naast hen staan tot zij klaar zijn voor de volgende stap: een eigen woning, zelfstandigheidstraining of soms zelfs terug naar huis.

We geloven in de kracht van jongeren, óók als het leven hen vroeg heeft uitgedaagd.

Je kunt als gedragswetenschapper ook ingezet worden bij andere zorgvormen. Dat betekent dat je jouw expertise inzet voor kinderen, jongeren en volwassenen die te maken hebben (gehad) met huiselijk geweld, kindermishandeling, bedreiging, eergerelateerd geweld, seksueel misbruik, complexe scheidingen of mensenhandel. Hier is vaak sprake van een complex trauma waardoor het opbouwen van vertrouwen tijd, zorgvuldigheid, begrip en doorzettingsvermogen vraagt.

HOE DOE JE DAT?
Je brengt specialistische én methodische kennis in waarop collega’s kunnen bouwen. In overleg met hen bepaal je wat een jongere nodig heeft en welke behandelstappen passen. Je schakelt regelmatig met collega-hulpverleners en andere instanties. Anne, bewoonster van een kleinschalige woonvorm, vertelt waarom dit zo belangrijk is:

“Ik voel me hier thuis. De opvoeders zorgen ervoor dat ik me op mijn gemak voel, dat ik me kan ontwikkelen en ze helpen mij met het dagelijks leven. Ik voel me minder een uitzondering, want ik woon hier in een gewoon huis en mijn familie en vrienden zijn welkom. “

Als gedragswetenschapper ben je verantwoordelijk voor de cliëntplannen waar Jeugd‑ en Gezinsprofessionals dagelijks mee werken. Zij doen in de praktijk wat een ‘normale’ opvoeder ook zou doen; jij zorgt voor richting, onderbouwing en samenhang. Je werkt intensief samen met de jongeren, hun netwerken en het team van jeugd- en gezinsprofessionals. Je begeleidt, steunt en denkt mee. Daarbij maak je gebruik van methodieken als Geweldloos Verzet en Verbindend Gezag en Slapende Honden?

Facultair coördinator digitaal toetsen

De afgelopen jaren is het aantal digitale tentamens binnen de Faculteit der Managementwetenschappen sterk gegroeid en is het proces rond digitaal toetsen verder geprofessionaliseerd. Om deze ontwikkeling voort te zetten, is de rol van de facultair coördinatoren digitaal toetsen essentieel. Omdat één van de coördinatoren langdurig ziek is, zoeken we een enthousiaste vervanger die de functie snel oppakt en samen met de huidige coördinator de taken en verantwoordelijkheden deelt.

Als facultair coördinator digitaal toetsen ben je het aanspreekpunt en de expert op de faculteit op het gebied van digitaal toetsen. Je takenpakket is breed en zowel gericht op coördinatie, technische ondersteuning en administratieve nauwkeurigheid. Je adviseert en ondersteunt docenten bij digitaal toetsen in alle stappen van de toetscyclus. Je ontwikkelt je tot expert in de toetssoftware en weet met die kennis docenten te adviseren, bijvoorbeeld over hoe zij het beste hun digitale tentamen kunnen construeren of het nakijkproces kunnen aanpakken. Je geeft nieuwe docenten één-op-één trainingen in de toetssoftware en biedt eerstelijns ondersteuning bij gebruikersvragen op de faculteit. Ook ben je (afwisselend en in overleg met je duo-collega) toetswacht vlak voor de start en tijdens afnames van digitale tentamens, wat betekent dat je bereikbaar bent en (op afstand) actie moet ondernemen in het geval van vragen of problemen.

Daarnaast coördineer je het proces rondom de digitale tentamens van de faculteit. Je houdt overzicht over alle geplande tentamens en zorgt dat de administratieve voorbereiding, inrichting in systemen en afstemming met betrokken partijen correct en tijdig plaatsvinden. Je werkt nauw samen met de facultaire tentamenorganisatie (die onder andere de tentamens roosteren) rondom het voorbereiden van de digitale tentamens. Je controleert gegevens, bewaakt deadlines en zorgt dat alle betrokkenen beschikken over de juiste informatie. In samenwerking met anderen binnen de faculteit signaleer en onderzoek je mogelijke verbeteringen aan de verschillende processen en voer je deze door. Daarnaast ben je vertegenwoordiger van de faculteit in universiteitsbrede overleggen rondom digitaal toetsen en werk je ook daar samen aan de verbetering van het digitale toetsproces.

Op de Radboud Universiteit is digitaal toetsen blijvend in ontwikkeling. Hoewel de faculteit al een flinke groei heeft meegemaakt in het aantal digitale tentamens, blijft er steeds meer vraag naar digitale tentamens en is het aanbod uitgebreid met tentamens met additionele software (bijvoorbeeld SPSS). In de rol van coördinator digitaal toetsen wordt van je verwacht dat je mee kunt groeien met de ontwikkelingen binnen het digitaal toetsen. We zoeken iemand die de rol snel onder de knie heeft en nauwkeurig en stressbestendig werkt.
