About the role
Our client is a leading supplier of highly engineered precision components used in advanced technological applications. Operating within the global semiconductor supply chain, the company develops and manufactures critical products that contribute to some of the world's most innovative technologies.

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately ten quality professionals, ranging from experienced specialists to ambitious junior engineers. You will ensure product and process quality standards are maintained while driving organizational improvements, fostering collaboration, and strengthening a culture of operational excellence.

Field Service Engineer – Superyachts

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Installing new aluminium automated doors on board superyachts, including drives, door panels and control systems;
• Connecting and testing control systems;
• Commissioning automated door systems;
• Performing international service and maintenance on superyachts, mainly in the Mediterranean region and the Caribbean;
• Working closely with colleagues, shipyards and yacht crews to deliver a high-quality final result.

Wat ga je doen?
Als Managing Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen van ons netwerk van opdrachtgevers en technische professionals in de regio Utrecht.

Je ontwikkelt nieuwe klantrelaties, bouwt aan je eigen markt en zorgt voor duurzame samenwerkingen. Daarbij begeleid je technische professionals in hun carrière en adviseer je organisaties over hun personeelsvraagstukken.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Het ene moment zit je bij een prospect aan tafel, het volgende moment spreek je een kandidaat over zijn volgende stap of werk je samen met collega's aan een uitdagende invulling.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het:

• Ontwikkelen van nieuwe klantrelaties binnen de technische arbeidsmarkt.
• Uitbreiden van jouw netwerk van technische professionals.
• Voeren van intake-, advies- en commerciële gesprekken.
• Begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens hun loopbaan.
• Signaleren en benutten van kansen in de markt.
• Realiseren van duurzame matches tussen professionals en opdrachtgevers.

Production Test Engineer

Are you passionate about electronics, testing and automation, and eager to make a direct impact on the quality and manufacturability of high-tech products?

Xelvin is looking for an experienced Production Test Engineer with a strong Electrical Engineering background to join the engineering team of a leading technology company in Eindhoven. In this role, you will develop and implement production test solutions for advanced electronic systems, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards before entering serial production.

This employer designs and manufactures highly advanced electronic systems for demanding industries such as semiconductors, industrial, automotive, medical and defense.

As a Production Test Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging product development and manufacturing by designing, developing and maintaining production test solutions. You will work closely with hardware, embedded software and manufacturing teams to ensure products can be efficiently and reliably tested throughout their lifecycle.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing production test strategies and test sequences for electronic products.
• Designing test hardware, including PCB-based test interfaces, fixtures and measurement circuits.
• Developing and maintaining automated test software using Python and C++.
• Performing Design for Testability (DfT) reviews during product development.
• Designing and maintaining automated production test setups.
• Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Performing root cause analysis on production and test failures.
• Improving test coverage, production yield, reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the complete product lifecycle.

Field Service Engineer

Als Field Service Engineer maak jij onderdeel uit van het (internationale) serviceteam van onze opdrachtgever. Na een interne trainingsperiode word je samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor het installeren, onderhouden en verhelpen van storingen aan machines bij klanten, wereldwijd. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat klanten een gedegen instructie krijgen voor het werken met hightech machines. Zeker als je op locatie aan het werk bent, ben jij het visitekaartje van de organisatie. Over het algemeen heb je te maken met werkzaamheden van mechanische aard, maar ervaring in de elektro- en besturingstechniek is zeker een pré.
