These test systems are essential for product qualification and automated testing processes. The role combines electrical engineering and software development within a multidisciplinary environment and requires a system-level approach with expertise in both hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop fully automated test systems independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team for products manufactured in our production facilities.
• Develop software that controls and automates test systems, ensuring high levels of reliability, efficiency, diagnostic capability, and accuracy.
• Design and implement hardware components, including printed circuit boards, sensors, actuators, and interface solutions that support automated testing.
• Work closely with the design team during the early stages of product development to ensure Design for Test principles are incorporated.
• Improve and optimise test systems for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, taking factors such as throughput, cycle time, and resource utilisation into account.
• Provide technical support to production teams by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automated test systems and associated equipment.

Als Logistics Project Manager – Demand Planner speel je een centrale rol binnen de prestaties van de supply chain. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en beheren van een betrouwbaar wereldwijd demandplan, waarbij je de wensen van de klant afweegt tegen de mogelijkheden binnen onze productie. Je werkt op het snijvlak van data-analyse, operationele processen en klantcontact. Daarmee draag je bij aan een hoge leverbetrouwbaarheid, optimale voorraadniveaus en een efficiënte productieketen.

• Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het wereldwijde demandplanningproces en dit continu verder verbeteren binnen een dynamische productieomgeving.
• Historische verkoopgegevens, prognoses en marktontwikkelingen analyseren en vertalen naar betrouwbare en bruikbare demandplannen.
• Fungeren als sparringpartner voor Productie, Inkoop, Projectmanagement, Accountmanagement en Logistiek.
• Rechtstreeks samenwerken met klanten om verwachtingen af te stemmen en schommelingen in de vraag effectief te beheren.
• Knelpunten en risico's binnen de supply chain signaleren en passende maatregelen nemen om deze te beperken.

Als Electrical Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en realiseren van elektrotechnische besturingssystemen voor hoogwaardige machines en complete productie-installaties. Je vertaalt klantwensen naar slimme technische oplossingen en werkt nauw samen met collega's van Engineering, Software, R&D en Field Service.

Je bent betrokken bij het volledige projectproces: van engineering en calculatie tot inbedrijfstelling en optimalisatie. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om actief mee te denken over standaardisatie, innovatie en procesverbeteringen.

Jouw werkzaamheden

• Ontwerpen en uitwerken van elektrotechnische en functionele ontwerpen.
• Programmeren en configureren van PLC-besturingen (Siemens S7 / TIA Portal).
• Configureren en testen van hardware en software.
• Begeleiden van de bouw en afname van besturingspanelen.
• Ondersteunen van servicemonteurs bij complexe storingen.
• Opstellen van technische documentatie en gebruikershandleidingen.
