Demander Planner Hightech

As a Senior Demand Planner, you will be responsible for demand planning and forecasting within a specific Business Line of a leading high-tech manufacturing organisation in the Eindhoven region.

You will take ownership of the demand forecast and play a key role in balancing customer demand, production capacity and inventory. Working in a dynamic high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment, you will analyse demand patterns, identify risks and translate data and customer input into reliable forecasts and actionable insights. You will work closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, Project Management and Logistics and actively contribute to the monthly and quarterly S&OP process. You will have a high level of autonomy in managing the forecast, while working with stakeholders to align demand and supply and ensure the business is prepared for changes in customer demand.

The role combines demand forecasting, data analysis, scenario planning and stakeholder management. You will also contribute to continuously improving planning processes and supply chain performance.

Mechanisch Monteur

Als Mechanisch Monteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, repareren en verbeteren van machines en technische installaties binnen een moderne productieomgeving. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijft draaien.

Samen met je collega’s binnen het Service & Onderhoudsteam werk je aan zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud. Je onderzoekt storingen, achterhaalt de oorzaak en zorgt ervoor dat machines en installaties zo snel mogelijk weer optimaal functioneren.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan machines en installaties.
• Opsporen en oplossen van mechanische storingen.
• Demonteren, repareren, reviseren en vervangen van mechanische onderdelen.
• Aanpassen en verbeteren van machines en technische installaties.
• Controleren en testen van machines en installaties.
• Werken aan de hand van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Signaleren van mogelijke technische problemen en bijdragen aan verbeteringen.
• Samenwerken met operators en collega’s om storingen en technische vraagstukken op te lossen.
• Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.

Mechanical Technician

As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving mechanical machinery and production installations within a modern industrial environment. You play an important role in keeping the production process running safely, reliably and efficiently.

Working as part of the technical maintenance team, you will carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance activities. You will investigate technical issues, identify the cause of malfunctions and make sure machines and installations are returned to optimal working condition.

Your responsibilities include:

• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and technical installations.
• Investigating and resolving mechanical malfunctions and technical issues.
• Disassembling, repairing, overhauling and replacing mechanical components and equipment.
• Building and modifying machine and construction components where required.
• Converting, adjusting, commissioning and testing installations.
• Inspecting the technical condition of machinery and identifying potential issues before they lead to breakdowns.
• Supporting operators with technical questions and troubleshooting.
• Working from technical drawings, diagrams, manuals and work instructions.
• Keeping technical documentation and maintenance records up to date.
• Contributing ideas to improve the reliability, safety and efficiency of machines and processes.
• Working according to applicable safety, quality and environmental standards
