Water Treatment Operator

• Keeping the purification process running: you conduct inspection rounds, take samples, and analyze water quality. You interpret the results and adjust where needed.
• Monitoring parameters: you use measuring equipment, check key indicators, and closely track the process. You step in whenever necessary to ensure water quality.
• A hands-on job: you manage the correct dosing of chemicals, check automatic installations, and carry out minor technical adjustments. You don’t mind some physical work – carrying polymer bags is part of the job.
• Reporting & optimization: you process data in Ignition, Excel, and Ultimo, analyze results, and suggest improvements to make the process more efficient.
• Teamwork & flexibility: you collaborate with colleagues, work with external partners (waste collectors, sampling specialists), and move flexibly between our Harelbeke and Nazareth sites.

Logistics Operator

• Resolve technical malfunctions in the automated cold storage to ensure the entry and exit of goods. You address first-line issues and escalate more complex technical problems to the technical department.
• Load and unload trucks with the correct products according to the pre-established loading plan, and ensure the administrative processing of these tasks.
• Inventory and scan stock, and ensure the efficient operation of the manual cold storage: this includes proper storage of goods, preparing conditions for packaging and production activities.

Drystore worker night

You will be responsible for the supply of raw materials and packaging to the production and packing departments:

• Preparing, setting up, and scanning available ingredients and packaging materials for planned production and packaging orders using the SAP system.
• Returning, scanning out, and stocking unused raw materials and packaging.
• Reporting irregularities to the logistics team leader or supply chain planner.
• Visually checking the quality of packaging supplies and proactively reporting if they do not meet quality standards.

In addition, you will manage stock and warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage and cleanliness of the warehouses through the following tasks:

• Inventorying stock and pallets.
• Storing stock in the warehouse.
• Managing and calling off general-use inventory items (e.g., PPE).
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouses.
• Periodically cleaning the warehouses.

Polyvalent production worker

You will be trained to be versatile and work in different positions within the production department. In a weekly rotation system with your fellow versatile employees, you will perform the following functions:

• Production Worker: Manual work on the lines (transporting products, preparing batches, filling molding machines, maintaining order and cleanliness).
• Versatile: Relieving production employees during their breaks, emptying and cleaning waste bins and side stream bins, keeping areas clean between the lines.
• Doser: Supplying and removing all raw materials to and from the production lines, filling dosing systems, and using raw materials according to the order.
• Gratin Production Worker: Dosing the correct raw materials according to instructions, performing quality checks.
• Washing Line Operator: Operating the bin washing line, emptying bins, troubleshooting issues, disposing of waste, and cleaning the washing line.

Technical warehouse administrator

No two days are the same, but one thing is certain: you’re the key player in our technical warehouse. Thanks to you, everything runs like clockwork!

• Managing stock and orders – Using Ultimo, you book items in and out, keep an overview, and ensure accuracy.
• Receiving and checking deliveries – With your keen eye, you verify every order before ensuring the materials reach the right place.
• Working closely with suppliers – Requesting quotes, answering questions, and maintaining strong partnerships? You’ve got it covered!
• Supporting work planners and technicians – You make sure they never run out of materials.
• A mix of administrative and hands-on tasks – About 75% of your time is spent on administration, but you’re also ready to roll up your sleeves.
• Occasionally operating a forklift – Not a daily task, but handy for moving larger equipment.
• Coordinating with other warehouse managers – Together, you ensure an efficient and seamless operation so that technicians always have the tools they need.
