We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join the team at our client’s warehouse in the Netherlands. In this role, you give every workday a kickstart by handling inquiries from business clients and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You aren't just answering emails; you are building relationships and solving puzzles to keep customers happy. A typical workday:
You arrive at the warehouse office, grab a coffee, and dive into the CRM system. You'll spend your day engaging with a wide range of business customers, coordinating with the warehouse team to check order statuses, and ensuring all data entry is spot-on. It’s a fast-paced environment where you keep your cool and stay organized, even when things get busy. Since you’ll be working for a client of ours in the apparel industry, you’ll be right where the action is.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with a wide range of business customers in a positive and professional manner.
  • Managing customer relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Handling order-related inquiries and coordinating with the warehouse picking team.
  • Working fluently with CRM systems and Microsoft Office to track interactions.
  • Accurately processing data and managing administrative tasks with great attention to detail.
  • Solving problems on your feet to provide quick and effective solutions.
  • Communicating effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintaining a high pace in communication, with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.

We are looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service (experience in apparel or streetwear is a big plus!).
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Proficiency in at least one additional language: Dutch, German, or French.

Ben jij de natuurlijke leider die het overzicht bewaart in de hectiek van Schiphol? Als Voorman Luchtvracht ben jij de motor van de operatie.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige goederenstroom; van de administratieve afhandeling op kantoor tot het aansturen van de werkzaamheden in de loods. Jij regisseert het proces van A tot Z en zorgt dat je team precies weet wat er moet gebeuren om elke deadline te halen. Of het nu gaat om het controleren van complexe Air Waybills of het fysiek laden van een truck: jij steekt zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen.

Je geeft de werkdag een kickstart door de prioriteiten te bepalen en gas te geven zodat elke zending op tijd vertrekt. Jij gaat aan de slag bij een opdrachtgever van ons die 365 dagen per jaar topsport bedrijft in de logistiek.

Werkzaamheden:

  • Aansturen van de dagelijkse operatie op kantoor en in de loods.
  • Controleren en opstellen van cruciale documenten zoals AWB’s en manifesten.
  • Begeleiden van het laad- en losproces van trucks en luchtvrachtcontainers.
  • Fungeren als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor transporteurs, klanten en airlines.
  • Bewaken van de planning en proactief bijsturen om vluchttijden te halen.
  • Zorgen voor een vlekkeloze administratie in het Transport Management Systeem.
  • Toezien op de veiligheid en efficiëntie op de werkvloer.
  • Actief meewerken op de heftruck of bij de fysieke afhandeling wanneer dat nodig is.

Wij zoeken:

  • Een echte kartrekker met een sterke 'hands-on' mentaliteit.
  • Ruime ervaring in de luchtvrachtlogistiek en kennis van douanedocumentatie.
  • In het bezit van een heftruckcertificaat of de bereidheid deze direct te halen.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Fulltime beschikbaarheid voor het 7-daagse rooster (shifts: 07.00–16.00, 08.30–17.30 of 15.00–24.00).
  • De bereidheid om 365 dagen per jaar inzetbaar te zijn, inclusief de weekenden.
  • Iemand die kalm blijft onder druk en altijd oplossingsgericht denkt.
