You'll be in daily contact with suppliers from China, tracking shipments and proactively updating customers. As a customer service representative, you act as the essential link between logistics operations and customer communication.   • Proficient in computer systems (Office suite, CRM tools)
  • A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership
  • Living near the job location or willing to commute
