Als schoonmaker zorg je voor een frisse en opgeruimde werkomgeving op een vaste bedrijfslocatie. Je start de dag met het controleren van de kantines en sanitaire voorzieningen, zodat alles er hygiënisch bij staat voor je collega's. Gedurende de dag pak je de kantoren, de werkvloer en de algemene ruimtes aan en zorg je dat materialen zoals papierwerk en zeep overal netjes zijn bijgevuld. Werkzaamheden

• Schoonmaken en desinfecteren van de sanitaire voorzieningen
• Stoffen, stofzuigen en dweilen van de kantoren en de kantine

• Controleren en tijdig bijvullen van toiletpapier, handdoekjes en zeepdispensers
• Legen van afvalbakken en het netjes scheiden van het vuilnis

• Controleren van orders in het systeem op eventuele wijzigingen vlak voor verzending
• Verwerken van orders in de logistieke systemen en aanmelden van EU-zendingen bij transporteurs
• Opstellen van de benodigde vrachtbrieven en exportdocumentatie
• Correct opvolgen van de strenge richtlijnen voor de status van Bekende Luchtvrachtagent (Known Consignor)

Wij zoeken

• Relevante werkervaring binnen een logistieke afdeling of expeditieomgeving
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in verband met het internationale karakter
