Operator packaging

• You are responsible for setting up, starting up, operating and converting fully automated packaging lines.
• During the process, you monitor the good operation of the packaging lines, if necessary you critically question their operation and suggest improvements to your team leader.
• You solve malfunctions or pass on the correct information to our technical colleagues.
• You always have an eye for quality while performing your job and carry out the necessary checks for this.
• Fulfilling additional tasks in function of the department's needs (cardboard, cleaning, rework, forklift, foil, etc.).

Coördinator packaging

• Process management: You are responsible for the entire packaging process, from frozen chips to a fully palletised and packed product.
• Operation & Adjustment: You will be first-line help in case of malfunctions on the line, adjusting where necessary and building on your technical knowledge of our process.
• Planning & coordination: You monitor and adjust the packing planning and coordinate its implementation together with the team leader to achieve the planned targets.
• Cleanliness and hygiene: You ensure a neat and organised working environment by directing and coordinating cleaning tasks.
• Material management: You are responsible for the timely request and provision of required materials such as film, cardboard and spices.
• Problem solving: You proactively identify problems in the packaging process and take corrective measures to ensure continuity.
• Administrative support: You perform administrative tasks, such as reporting incidents and documenting process information.
• Packaging testing: You support and perform tests for packaging processes in cooperation with Agristo colleagues.
• Knowledge sharing: You provide input for the development of instructions and learning materials and contribute to knowledge transfer within the team.
• Supervising employees: You supervise and support employees and help them raise their knowledge to a higher level.

Coördinator packaging

• Process Management: You are responsible for the entire packaging process, from frozen fries to a fully palletized and packaged product.
• Operation and Adjustment: You provide first-line support for any issues on the line, make adjustments when necessary, and continuously expand your technical knowledge of our processes.
• Planning & Coordination: You monitor and adjust the packaging schedule, coordinating its execution with the team leader to meet the planned goals.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: You ensure a clean and organized work environment by overseeing and coordinating cleaning tasks.
• Material Management: You are responsible for the timely ordering and availability of necessary materials, such as film, cardboard, and spices.
• Problem Solving: You proactively identify issues in the packaging process and take corrective actions to ensure continuity.
• Administrative Support: You perform administrative tasks, such as reporting incidents and documenting process information.
• Packaging Testing: You assist in and conduct packaging process tests in collaboration with Agristo colleagues.
• Knowledge Sharing: You contribute to the development of instructions and training materials and support knowledge transfer within the team.
• Employee Guidance: You mentor and support team members, helping them enhance their skills and knowledge.

• You monitor, adjust, and optimize the production process to ensure continuity and efficiency, always in consultation with your team leader.
• You follow the daily schedule and adapt smoothly to changes: starting and stopping the production line, implementing product changes, and performing thorough cleanings.
• You ensure that all installations comply with the strictest hygiene and safety standards. Need support from colleagues? You provide clear instructions.
• You accurately record production data and the use of auxiliary materials in our ERP system.
• You adjust process parameters to achieve the best results every time.
