Technician corrective

As a Corrective Technician, you are the key to quickly and efficiently resolving technical malfunctions in our fully automated machinery. Your goal? Ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

• Be a role model in adhering to prescribed guidelines and procedures for a safe, environmentally conscious, and orderly work environment.
• Dive deep into mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to diagnose and resolve malfunctions.
• Perform repairs and replace defective parts to keep our machines in top condition.
• Work closely with our operational teams and your technical colleagues to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency.
• Maintain malfunction reports in our maintenance software (Ultimo) to gain insights and continuously improve.
• Share your expertise and provide advice on possible improvements to prevent recurring issues.
• Guide new employees to help them grow in their roles.
• You will work in our Maintenance department and report to your Technical Team Leader.

Supply chain manager

Strategie, beleid & leadership

• Vertalen en uitdragen van de Agristo langetermijnstrategie naar middellange en kortetermijndoelstellingen voor de eigen plant en het supply chain domein.
• Als lid van het Plant leadership team actief bijdragen aan het algemeen plantbeleid en het Leadership Team adviseren vanuit de eigen expertise, met focus op veiligheid, efficiëntie, kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en people, in lijn met de Agristo-ambitie.

Supply chain operations

Verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt end-to-end supply chain werking door:

• Vertalen van de strategische doelen naar operationele kaders om:
  
  • Optimale productieplanning te kunnen opmaken en aanpassingen te kunnen doorvoeren. (Afdeling SC planning; 12 medewerkers)
  • Veilig en efficiënte inbound te doen van aardappelen en outbound van nevenstromen (Afdeling Potato inbound; 40 medewerkers)
  • Correcte inbound & storage van hulpstoffen en tijdige bevoorrading van de productie- & inpaklijnen te doen (Afdeling Drystore; 15 medewerkers)
  • Foutloze storage van (half-) afgewerkt product en outbound naar de klant / andere sites te doen (Afdeling Logistics; 70 medewerkers)
• Bewaken van de balans tussen vraag, capaciteit en flexibiliteit.

Verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van KPI’s en indien nodig afdeling overschrijdende RCA’s & actieplannen opzetten.

• Planning adherence
• Voorraadbeheer grondstoffen, hulpstoffen en (half-)afgewerkt product
• Optimaliseren van OEE
• Budgetbeheer

Projectmanagement

• Het succes van projecten ondersteunen door:
• De sponsor rol op te nemen
• Actieve rol op te nemen in steerco’s
• Change management toe te passen
• Adviserende rol naar projecten binnen de Supply chain afdelingen

People & organisatieontwikkeling

• Bouwen aan een sterk SC management team door coachend leiderschap, ontwikkeling van competenties en het empoweren van de afdelingshoofden en hun medewerkers, in lijn met de Agristo-cultuur en -strategie, met als doel een performante, betrokken en people-oriented organisatie te realiseren

Logistics Operator

• Resolve technical malfunctions in the automated cold store to ensure that the import and export of goods runs smoothly.
• You ensure that everything runs smoothly. You monitor the automated cold store, resolve malfunctions and carry out minor technical interventions. Thanks to you, the flow of goods remains safe and smooth.
• You work intelligently and safely with the latest technologies. You'll learn to work with modern systems such as GLA and Ultimo, and to operate automatic cranes, shuttles and conveyors, among others. Understand what you see on the screen and in the warehouse.
• Take stock of inventory management actions and be responsible for digitizing stock receipts and issues.
• Resolve “error points” in automatic cold stores.

Freelance CAPEX Buyer (tijdelijk)

Als Freelance CAPEX Buyer ondersteun je onze engineeringprojecten drie dagen per week, met focus op maximale waardecreatie binnen het aankoopproces.

• Je voert marktstudies uit en brengt relevante spelers in kaart.
• Je maakt TCOberekeningen en vergelijkt scenario’s zodat we doordachte investeringskeuzes maken.
• Je analyseert leveranciers- en leveringsrisico’s en houdt rekening met kwaliteit, timing en continuïteit.
• Je?zorgt voor de juiste contractuele zekerheden en stemt af met Legal waar nodig.
• Je werkt nauw samen met Engineering, Legal en?Finance en draagt bij aan een helder en transparant proces.
• Je stelt RFI’s, RFQ’s en RFP’s op.

ICT Operations manager

As ICT Operations Manager, you will lead a passionate team of potatoholics responsible for global IT service delivery, infrastructure, security, and IT/OT operations. You will be instrumental in shaping our cloud-first journey, embedding ITIL-based efficiency, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready operations across our international footprint.

In this role you report directly to the CIO.

Your Mission

• Lead and develop global IT operations strategies aligned with Agristo’s business and IT objectives.
• Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs in collaboration with the IT leadership team, driving continuous improvement.

• Coordinate and optimize service delivery across international sites, ensuring consistency and collaboration.
• Drive cloud migration initiatives and actively contribute to Agristo’s cloud-first ambition.
• Implement and improve ITIL-based processes for scalable, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
• Integrate DevOps and DevSecOps principles into operational processes to enhance agility, automation, and security.
• Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring strategic alignment and service excellence.
• Ensure clear reporting and communication across services and stakeholders.
