Opérateur STEP

Rattaché à notre Chef d’équipe Utilities & Facilities et fonctionnellement à notre Ingénieur traitement des eaux, tu es garant du bon fonctionnement des installations de traitement des eaux usées afin de garantir la conformité environnementale de nos rejets.

Ton objectif : assurer en permanence la conformité de nos rejets tout en optimisant les performances du procédé.

Concrètement, tu seras amené à :

Piloter et optimiser notre station de traitement des eaux usées industrielles

• Assurer le suivi quotidien du fonctionnement des installations de traitement des effluents du site.
• Contrôler les paramètres d'exploitation et analyser les données issues du système de supervision.
• Ajuster les réglages du procédé afin de garantir l'efficacité du traitement et la conformité des rejets.
• Identifier rapidement les dérives ou anomalies de fonctionnement et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives adaptées.

Garantir la conformité environnementale de nos rejets

• Réaliser les prélèvements et analyses permettant d'évaluer les performances du traitement.
• Assurer le suivi des résultats analytiques et des indicateurs de performance environnementale.
• Veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires applicables aux rejets d'eaux usées industrielles.
• Fournir les données nécessaires à l'élaboration des déclarations et rapports réglementaires.

Contribuer à la fiabilité des installations

• Détecter, signaler et suivre les dysfonctionnements des équipements.
• Participer au suivi des opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective.
• Réaliser ou accompagner les interventions de maintenance de premier niveau.
• Gérer les stocks de réactifs, consommables et matériels nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de la station.
• Assurer les commandes afin de garantir la continuité de l'exploitation.

Participer à la construction du site de demain
Parce que nous sommes au démarrage d'une nouvelle usine, tu joueras également un rôle clé dans :

• la mise en place des standards d'exploitation de la station de traitement des eaux usées ;
• l'amélioration continue des installations et des méthodes de travail ;
• les projets d'optimisation liés à la performance environnementale du site ;
• l'intégration des nouvelles exigences réglementaires et environnementales ;
• l'atteinte des objectifs sécurité, qualité, environnement et performance.

Tes idées, ton regard terrain et ton envie de faire avancer les choses seront pleinement valorisés et toujours dans le souci de faire de la sécurité ta priorité.

Operator Potato Inbound

• You will be responsible for the entry control of the quality of the delivered potatoes and for the corresponding administration & registration.
• You supervise the proper operation of the installation and signal deviations if necessary.
• You are responsible for cleaning the line and checking various parameters. You can solve first-line disturbances in a professional way, for more complex technical issues you can count on our production technicians.
• Then you take care of a perfect treatment, namely washing, sorting and stocking of the potatoes.
• You are also responsible for loading all by-products.

Logistics Operator

As a logistics operator, you are responsible for:

• Monitoring and managing the processes within the logistics department to ensure continuity.
• Identifying and resolving irregularities and malfunctions in the logistics flows.
• Carrying out minor technical interventions to ensure a safe and smooth flow of goods.
• Working with modern systems and operating cranes and shuttles in the automated cold storage facility.
• Interpreting data trends and reporting process information with the aim of contributing to improvement actions for the logistics department.

Technical trainer packaging

As a Technical Trainer, you play a crucial role in the learning and growth of our potatoholics.

• You will provide training for new employees in the 1st weeks to months as far as training in the packing department is concerned. Safety is a priority here.
• You also have the appropriate hybrid learning offer ready for the development of our experienced employees. You develop various learning actions both digitally and face2face depending on the learning needs and goals
• You provide training both in class and on the shop floor.
• Together with the L&D Advisor, you develop the required material. You constantly evaluate the efficiency of the learning solutions and optimise where necessary.
• You integrate various pilot installations and tests into your training sessions to ensure practical application.
• You monitor your participants' progress and provide the necessary feedback.
• You also strive for close cooperation with the various parties: employee, manager, buddy, process engineers, ... and make every step in the training process negotiable.
• You manage all actions in our Learning Management System.
• To ensure that your training courses remain relevant, you keep yourself up to date with the latest developments in your expertise.
• You work together with the team within your campus to develop a growth mindset and learning culture within your area of expertise.

Operator unit

• In consultation with the production operator, add additives, prepare coatings, and ensure a clean and orderly work environment.
• Accurately record used materials in our ERP system via the scanning system.
• Properly handle and dispose of waste.
• Clean the automated machine park.
• Clean installations during production changeovers.
• Manually supply the carton machines in the packaging department.
• Assist in the production of bulk batches.
