As a Logistics Operator, your tasks will include:

• Picking and preparing customer orders for shipment
• Counting, checking, and monitoring inventory
• Printing labels and getting packages ready
• Processing returned goods accurately
• Packing shipments and preparing them for transport

Because you’ll be working with important pharmaceutical products, you’ll receive thorough training from day one. Once you’re confident in your role, there are plenty of growth opportunities, including progression toward positions such as team leader.

Warehouse employee

As a logistics employee, you work in the warehouse and handle, among other things, the distribution of products. It is a full-time position in rotating day shifts, which means you have rotating shifts that take place between 07:00 and 18:00. Naturally, you will receive your schedule in advance, so you know well ahead which shifts you have.

As a logistics employee, your duties include:

• Loading and unloading sea containers
• Moving products within the company
• Supplying production

Front Office Medewerker

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en partners, waarbij je een hectische omgeving moeiteloos combineert met een klantvriendelijke en vriendelijke houding. In deze tijdelijke rol (32 uur per week) zorg jij ervoor dat de communicatie en veiligheid op de locatie vlekkeloos verlopen.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Aannemen van inkomende gesprekken en je verbindt deze door naar de juiste persoon of afdeling
• Het gastvrij ontvangen van bezoekers en het informeren van medewerkers over hun komst
• Aannemen en doorgeven van boodschappen en informatie voor interne en externe contacten
• Beheren van de reserveringen voor de verschillende vergaderruimtes
• Verwerken en verdelen van de dagelijkse inkomende post en pakketten
• Bewaken van het brand- en storingspaneel en handelen volgens voorschrift bij calamiteiten
• Uitvoeren van ondersteunende administratieve taken, zoals kopieerwerk en postsortering

Logistiek medewerker

Als logistiek medewerker ben je werkzaam in het magazijn en verzorg je onder meer de distributie van de producten. Het is een fulltime functie in verschoven dagdiensten, wat inhoudt dat je wisselende diensten hebt die tussen 07.00 uur en 18.00 uur plaatsvinden. Je weet uiteraard op tijd je rooster, dus je weet ruim van tevoren welke diensten je hebt.

Als logistiek medewerker bestaan je werkzaamheden onder meer uit:

• Laden van zeecontainers
• Producten verplaatsen binnen het bedrijf
• Bevoorraden van de productie
