Production Support Associate Logistics

As a Production Support Logistics Operator, you will ensure the timely supply of materials, perform critical production support activities, and help maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and GMP compliance.

This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What You Will Do:

• Perform production support activities, including material staging, disinfection, cleaning, and restocking.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available to support manufacturing operations.
• Operate decontamination equipment, including autoclaves and Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) chambers.
• Dispose of waste in accordance with GMP and site procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow GMP requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Report deviations, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and other departments to ensure efficient production support.

Biotech Associate

As a Biotech Associate, you will play a key role in the manufacturing of advanced therapy medicinal products while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance:

What you will do:

• Perform cell and tissue culture activities according to GMP procedures.
• Execute manufacturing steps such as media preparation, cell expansion and harvesting.
• Work in a cleanroom environment while following strict aseptic techniques.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
  Identify and report deviations to help ensure compliance and product quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.
• Collaborate with QA, QC and MSAT teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Working in 5 shifts, 2 morningshifts, 2 afternoon shifts, 2 nightshifts.

Manager Flexpool

Als Coördinator Flexpool ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de flexmedewerkers, teams en locaties. Je kent de mensen achter de inzet en weet wat hen motiveert. Door aandacht te hebben voor ontwikkeling, talent en werkplezier zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers zich gezien en gewaardeerd voelen en graag verbonden blijven aan de organisatie.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een flexpool van ruim 50 medewerkers en speelt een belangrijke rol in de verdere ontwikkeling ervan. Samen met het planbureau, recruitment, HR, teamleiders en locatiemanagers zorg je voor een flexibele inzet die aansluit bij wat de locaties nodig hebben.

Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen de planning. Je brengt de behoeften van medewerkers, locaties en de organisatie bij elkaar en zorgt voor een goede balans tussen kwaliteit, continuïteit en flexibiliteit.

Omdat het een nieuwe functie is, krijg je veel ruimte om te bouwen. Je signaleert waar dingen beter kunnen, komt met ideeën en zorgt er samen met collega's voor dat verbeteringen ook daadwerkelijk worden doorgevoerd. Zo help je de flexpool verder te professionaliseren en maak je direct impact op de zorg van morgen.
