As a Customer Service Specialist, you play a vital role in supporting the daily flow of logistics operations from both an administrative and customer-focused perspective. Acting as a central point of contact, you will interact with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Handling administrative processes for inbound and outbound shipments
• Managing the driver desk and coordinating arrivals and departures
• Maintaining and digitizing logistics documentation
• Communicating with customers, carriers, and colleagues via phone, email, and in person
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse administration activities
• Working with systems such as SAP ERP and SAP EWM
• Monitoring logistics processes and ensuring accurate data handling

Assembly Technician

You will work at an international logistics company where technology and customization are key. At the Weert location, modern excavators are assembled and modified according to customer requirements.

As an Assembly Technician, you are responsible for assembling and modifying machines. You work with hydraulic and electrical systems and ensure each machine is fully tested and ready for delivery. The variety of custom work makes every day different.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling and connecting hydraulic systems (pipes and fittings)
• Installing electrical systems such as lighting and wiring
• Installing customer-specific options (VAL work) such as cameras and safety systems
• Testing machines for functionality and quality
• Working from technical drawings and instructions
• Identifying process improvements
• Collaborating with workshop colleagues

Allround logistiek medewerker

Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationale logistieke dienstverlener met jarenlange ervaring in supply chain-oplossingen. Binnen deze organisatie staan samenwerking, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie centraal.

In deze functie werk je in een technisch logistieke omgeving waar graafmachines worden verwerkt en klaargemaakt voor verdere distributie. Je start met het lossen van containers en groeit door naar bredere logistieke werkzaamheden binnen het magazijn.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Lossen van graafmachines uit containers
• Controleren van machines op kwaliteit en juistheid
• Verplaatsen en positioneren van machines op de juiste locatie
• Werken volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften (incl. gebruik van gelaatsmasker)
• Ondersteunen bij logistieke processen binnen het magazijn
• Doorgroeien richting outbound werkzaamheden
• Samenwerken met collega’s in een dynamische werkomgeving

Werktijden:

Dagdienst: 08:00 – 16:30
Mogelijk late dienst: 10:30 – 19:00
Groei bij goed functioneren naar een 2-ploegenstructuur

Logistics Employee

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the warehouse operation, making sure goods move smoothly from inbound to outbound. Accuracy and teamwork are key, as you help ensure that every order reaches the customer in perfect condition and on schedule. You’ll work wherever your support is most needed, giving you variety in your daily activities.

Your day-to-day activities include:

• Collecting products and preparing orders
• Inspecting items and ensuring quality standards
• Packing shipments and preparing them for dispatch
• Handling returns and processing them correctly
• Applying labels and preparing goods for different destinations

You’ll be working in a structured shift system, mainly in two shifts, with the possibility of additional shifts during busier periods. Because of this, flexibility in working hours is essential.
