Jouw baan
As a Housekeeping Manager, you are responsible for the daily housekeeping operation within a luxury hotel environment. You know how to motivate teams, maintain high quality standards and keep overview during busy operational days.
You will work independently and take responsibility for planning, quality, team performance and budget management.

The position is focused on high-end hospitality locations such as Kimpton De Witt Amsterdam and Hotel Okura Amsterdam.

What will you do?

• Managing and coaching the housekeeping team
• Monitoring quality and productivity
• Budget responsibility and operational control
• Creating schedules and managing staffing levels
• Ensuring hotel standards and guest satisfaction
• Working closely with hotel management and supervisors
• Solving operational challenges independently

Working hours

• 38 hours per week
• Flexible start times between 07:00 and 10:00
• Occasional weekend availability required (approximately once per month)

• Bruto uurloon vanaf € 16,70, afhankelijk van je werkervaring*
• Salaris iedere 4 weken, dus standaard 13 betalingen per jaar
• Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 20 kilometer per dag van €0,14 per kilometer
