• Acts as primary point-of-contact for workforce administration inquiries (via phone, chat, and e-Request), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders
• Delegates and escalates queries as appropriate, but remains responsible through completion

• Engage in improving Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline, based on experience

Vakantiewerker Laboratorium Technician bij Trinseo

Als Laboratorium Technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingsactiviteiten binnen het laboratorium. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

Productie & testen

• Produceren van hoogwaardige polymeermonsters voor verdere analyses
• Uitvoeren van routinematige laboratoriumtesten en analyses
• Werken met diverse test- en analysetechnieken binnen polymeeronderzoek
• Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van testprotocollen en analysemethodes

Apparatuur & laboratoriumbeheer

• Bedienen en onderhouden van laboratoriumapparatuur en meetinstrumenten
• Werken met onder andere:
  
  • rheometers
  • mechanische testapparatuur
  • injection molding machines
• Zorgdragen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkomgeving
• Toepassen van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsprocedures

Administratie & rapportage

• Nauwkeurig vastleggen van testresultaten en experimentele data
• Documenteren van procedures en analyses
• Rapporteren van bevindingen aan collega’s en supervisors

Operator – Maastricht

As a Cream Operator, you work on the production line between the bakery and the packaging department. You make sure that the correct fillings and ingredients are processed perfectly.

• You accurately set up dosing machines and depositors
• You monitor the quality and weight of the products
• You identify and solve minor technical issues
• You keep the production line clean and hygienic
• You work according to fixed line settings and procedures

You will work in an environment where hygiene and quality are top priorities.

You will work in shifts:

• 05:00 – 14:00
• 13:30 – 22:00
• 21:30 – 06:00

Occasionally, you will also work on weekends.

Planner

• Opstellen en beheren van de personeelsplanning binnen het Customer Service Center;
• Maken en aanpassen van roosters voor ongeveer 60 callcenter agents;
• Coördineren van vakantieaanvragen en verwerken van last-minute wijzigingen;
• Opstellen van roosters voor teamleiders, inclusief afstemming van diensten en vervangingen;
• Bewaken van de bereikbaarheid en servicelevels van het Customer Service Center;
• Monitoren van capaciteit, callvolume en personeelsbezetting (FTE);
• Ondersteunen bij administratieve werkzaamheden zoals rapportages en actietesten.
