A day in your life at Intralox
07:30 AM. You hit the floor, check inventory updates, and start stocking parts with lift equipment. Orders come in fast, you’re faster. You deliver kits to production, document transactions in the ERP system, and take pride in a warehouse that runs like clockwork. Broken box? You report it. Missing item? You fix it. No fuss, no delay.

By 4:00 PM, your workspace is spotless, your shift is complete, and your team is ready to build on the day’s success. That’s what we call a job well done.

Your responsibilities include:

• Load, pick, and stock parts and supplies using forklifts or lift equipment
• Deliver materials to the production floor or shipping area
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming goods
• Report damages or inventory discrepancies
• Assemble, box, and kit materials as needed
• Safely operate lift equipment to move items efficiently
• Document all transactions in our ERP system
• Perform accurate inventory counts and system updates
• Help out with shipping tasks as needed
• Keep your workspace clean, organized and ready for action
• Stick to all safety policies and procedures
• Be flexible with overtime, weekend shifts or holiday work if required

What you bring:

• Minimum 1 year of forklift/lift equipment experience
• A reliable, steady work history
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel is a bonus)
• Detail-oriented, punctual and deadline-driven
• Comfortable standing and lifting throughout your shift (up to 20 kg)
• Team player mindset, but also self-managed and proactive
• Open to cross-training and supporting other departments
• Clear communication in English, both written and spoken
• A forklift certificate is preferred, but not required if you’re ready to learn!

Shipping Clerk

This isn’t your average warehouse job. You’ll keep the floor running clean and smooth, jump on the forklift like a pro, and team up to hit daily shipping targets fast, safe and accurate. You’ll read the details, prep the paperwork, and get the job done right. Every. Single. Time.

A day in your life at Intralox
You kick off your shift early. Forklift purring, scanner in hand. First goal: clear out finished belts, prep your station, check today’s workload. You scan labels, wrap pallets, consolidate accessories, and double-check everything, because you know shipping mistakes don’t fly.

After lunch, a last-minute rush comes in. No sweat, you shift gears, organize the freight, finalize documentation, and book the truck. You hustle, you focus, and you ship it like a boss. You leave the floor clear, the shipments tight, and your team proud. High five, clock out.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Keeping the assembly area clear and efficient
• Packing orders with care and speed, box, wrap, secure
• Prepping accessories in the right order with full accuracy
• Final staging and consolidation checks
• Applying correct shipping labels and processing last-minute order updates
• Handling shipping documentation and booking transport
• Supporting air freight under ‘Known Consignor’ protocols
• Arranging outbound loads for smooth handoff to carriers
• Following all procedures to ensure compliance and zero error

You bring:

• A valid Dutch forklift certificate (or willing to get one fast)
• Confidence working in English, written and spoken
• Prior experience in a shipping or logistics role
• Bonus: You’ve worked with Oracle or Blujay (not required)
• A self-starting, get-it-done attitude
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Strong communication skills, you collaborate, not isolate
• Flexibility to work beyond regular hours when needed

As a production worker in an amazing laundry facility, you’ll work in an international team ensuring that hotels and restaurants are fully stocked with clean linens. Think tablecloths, napkins, towels and duvet covers. The machines do the heavy lifting, you keep the process running smoothly.

You clock in at 07:00 and start the day with your team and a quick briefing. After that, it's time to get moving. You'll be sorting dirty linen, feeding machines with different types of fabric, checking quality, and stacking the cleaned items. You work with pride, knowing that your effort keeps hotel guests and restaurant visitors comfortable. By 16:30, your job is done, and you leave with a sense of accomplishment.

Your tasks

• Sort laundry by type and size
• Feed the laundry machines with linen
• Inspect the quality after the wash cycle
• Stack, fold, and package clean laundry
• Load linen into rolling containers
• Identify and report damaged items
• Keep your workspace clean and safe
