Primary School PHE Teacher
Pay scale LB (min. €3,301 | max. €5,030 (full-time per month, before tax).

• at least two years’ Primary School teaching experience;

• Prima bruto maandsalaris: max. € 6.665,- (schaal 12) bij een functieomvang van 100%; Voor de kandidaat met de juiste ervaring is een inschaling in 13 (maximaal € 7.225,- per maand) of doorgroei naar schaal 13 bespreekbaar;
• Een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%;
• Een vakantie-uitkering van 8%;
• Een arbeidsmarkttoelage van 4,6% (dit schooljaar); Deze arbeidsmarkttoelage wordt nog definitief vastgesteld o.b.v. onderzoek van CPB in opdracht van de sociale partners;

WAAR VOLDOE JE AAN?
Het belangrijkst is natuurlijk dat je de teamleider taken binnen het voortgezet onderwijs onder de knie hebt. Indicaties hiervoor zijn: ruimschoots ervaring als leidinggevende in een soortgelijke omgeving, minimaal hbo-opleiding en een academisch werk- en denkniveau, inzicht in taak en werkwijze van een schoolorganisatie, ervaring met het ontwikkelen van onderwijskundig beleid, vaardigheid in opstellen en uitvoeren van uitvoeringsplannen, managementvaardigheden en bij voorkeur een afgeronde managementopleiding.

Wat ga je doen?
Je werkt nauw samen met een schoolcoach om onze circa 250 leerlingen zo breed mogelijk te ondersteunen. Voor onze leerlingen, medewerkers en bezoekers ben je zichtbaar en benaderbaar. Je spreekt leerlingen aan als dat nodig is en bent in staat om de rust te bewaren in de school. Samen met de ontbijtcoördinator van de hoofdlocatie zorg je ervoor dat er voldoende spullen voor het ontbijt zijn. Je behandelt en bewaart de ontbijtspullen volgens de HACCP regels en stelt deze dagelijks ter beschikking aan de leerlingen.

Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met de buurt, wijkagent en jongerenwerk en onderneem je actie als dat nodig is. Je houdt toezicht op de veiligheid binnen het gebouw en ons terrein. Met name tijdens pauzes coördineer jij een goede gang van zaken binnen en buiten. Je houdt het gebouw en terrein netjes. Je verricht klussen en basale onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Je zorgt voor bestellingen, beheert voorraden en houd apparatuur bij.

Ons team is klein. Dit betekent dat een goede samenwerking en inspelen op dagelijkse voorkomende zaken belangrijk is. Je wordt ook onderdeel van onze BHV organisatie.

• Prima bruto maandsalaris: min. € 2.252,- | max. € 3.257,- (salarisschaal 6 CAO VO) bij een functieomvang van 100%;

Mundus College biedt per 1 augustus 2024 tot en met 31 juli 2025 een projectaanstelling aan van 1 fte (5 werkdagen). De projectaanstelling heeft te maken met de tijdelijkheid van de locatie. Mundus verwacht dat deze locatie langer toegekend wordt, vanwege de instroom van vluchtelingen. Daardoor kan de projectaanstelling verlengd worden.

Naast de reguliere (school)vakanties heb je recht op 90 uur bij fulltime, wat ingezet kan worden voor taakverlichting op individueel niveau. Uiteraard is er voldoende gelegenheid voor scholing en opleiding. Ook kan je gebruikmaken van diverse fiscaal vriendelijke regelingen.

Functie-eisen
Pedagogisch kunnen handelen. Aantoonbare ervaring met de doelgroep. Je weet van aanpakken en bent handig. Goed kunnen plannen en organiseren. Bereid incidenteel ’s avonds te werken. Ervaring in het onderwijs is een pré. Je voelt je thuis in een grootstedelijk concept en hebt affiniteit met vmbo-leerlingen.
